本实用新型涉及工程自卸车及矿用车技术领域,具体的讲是一种整体式铸造桥壳,适用中、重型工程自卸车及矿用车。
背景技术:
随着我国汽车工业的发展,中、重型卡车已进入高速发展期,相应的驱动桥总成需求量也随之增长。中、重型工程自卸车及矿用车用桥壳向高承载能力、高性能要求方向发展,而目前使用的桥壳结构一般为冲焊桥壳,是由两个半壳焊接而成,桥壳与轴头处也采用焊接形式,这种桥壳因焊接而产生桥壳故障模式,制造成本高,在使用过程中易断裂,寿命短,工艺复杂,维修更换麻烦,浪费人力和物力。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供了一种整体式铸造桥壳,主要解决了现有的桥壳因焊接而产生桥壳故障模式、制造成本高、使用过程中易断裂、寿命短、工艺复杂、维修更换麻烦、浪费人力和物力等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:整体式铸造桥壳,它包括桥壳和轴头,其特殊之处在于桥壳和轴头铸造为一体,铸造材料选用QT600-3,材料本身的主要特性为中高强度,低塑性,耐磨性较好。为了提高轴头处的承载性能要求,对轴头处的热处理为先正火处理然后淬火处理,使硬度达到HB229-269,抗拉强度740-930N/mm2
本实用新型所述的整体式铸造桥壳与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果:1、实现了轴头与桥壳本体一体化,提升了轴头处轴承位的性能要求及桥壳的使用寿命;2、通过由冲焊式桥壳到整体式铸造桥壳的转变,减少了因焊接而产生的桥壳故障模式,同时,相对冲焊式的桥壳也降低了制造成本;3、工艺简单、不易断裂,节约了维修费用。

实施例子,参见图1,铸造材料选用QT600-3,材料本身的主要特性为中高强度,低塑性,耐磨性较好,将桥壳1和轴头2通过铸造工艺铸造为一体,为了提高轴头处的承载性能要求,对轴头处的热处理为先正火处理然后淬火处理,使硬度达到HB229-269,抗拉强度740-930N/mm2
