背景技术
由于桥壳是车桥的主要承重零件，结构复杂，内腔多，安装基面多，历来都是车桥零部件中的重点关键零件。它设计的是否合理，制作是否满足要求，将直接关系到车桥乃至整个汽车的承载能力、安全性和寿命。因此该零件的设计、加工以及产品质量历来都是用户、整车制造商、零部件制造商最为关注的零件之一。原铸造桥壳经常出现裂纹，存在有安全隐患，并且影响产品的寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能保证产品质量和使用寿命，而且工艺简单，制作容易的铸造桥壳。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在琵琶孔与两侧的轴颈过渡处增加了加强筋。加强筋(3)为1至6个。
由于采用了上述技术方案，铸造桥壳不仅满足了桥壳使用过程中的强度、韧性、耐久性、和寿命要求，而且具有：工艺简单、工装投入少、生产周期短等优点。
