本实用新型公开了一种保温砌块,包括垂直于保温砌块上下表面的空心孔或槽,还包括在孔或槽中填充的保温材料,特点是保温砖的侧面与端面之间设置有斜面。当用这种保温砌块砌筑墙体时,砌块与砌块的接缝端部向两砌块侧面作喇叭形开口状,用保温砂浆填充进喇叭形开口内,然后再进行墙面处理,可阻断缝隙冷桥。本实用新型与现有技术相比,不仅具有保温砌块良好的保温、隔热性能,同时杜绝了保温砌块端头缝的冷桥现象,使墙体的保温、隔音、防潮效果更好。

本实用新型涉及建筑材料,具体涉及砌筑墙体的保温砌块。
背景技术:
随着社会进步,节约能源和资源已成为人们的共识。为了节约土地和能源,提高建筑物的保温、隔热性能,混凝土空心砌块已被广泛地应用于墙体砌筑中。近些年,为了进一步增强砌块的保温效果,在砌块的空心孔中充填聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温材料,用这种砌块砌筑墙体,其保温、隔音、防潮效果都得到了大大增强。有的砌块还在两端设置凹槽,并在凹槽中填充保温材料,用这种砌块砌筑墙体,较之上一种改进,保温效果得到进一步增强,但仍未能彻底解决两砌块端头之间冷桥问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温砌块,能有效阻断保温砌块端头缝的冷桥,保温效果好,能够满足建筑节能50%设计标准的要求。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种保温砌块,包括垂直于保温砌块上下表面的空心孔或槽,还包括在孔或槽中填充的保温材料,特点是保温砖的侧面与端面之间设置有斜面。当用这种保温砌块砌筑墙体时,砌块与砌块的接缝端部向两砌块侧面作喇叭形开口状,用保温砂浆填充进喇叭形开口内,然后再进行墙面处理,可阻断缝隙冷桥。
所述斜面的水平夹角为25-50度,斜面宽度为1-5厘米。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,不仅具有保温砌块良好的保温、隔热性能,同时杜绝了保温砌块端头缝的冷桥现象,使墙体的保温、隔音、防潮效果更好。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本实用新型包括垂直于保温砌块上下表面的空心孔1,还包括在槽和部分孔中填充有保温材料2。
仍如图1所示,保温砖的侧面3与端面4之间设置有斜面5。所述斜面5的水平夹角为35度,斜面宽度为3厘米。
本实用新型不局限于上述(如图1所示)保温砌块,同样适用于保温砌块上下表面仅设置有空心孔1、或保温砌块上下表面所设的孔中全部填充保温材料2、或保温砌块端头未设置槽口的。只要在其侧面与端面之间设置斜面,均属于本实用新型的范围。

1、一种保温砌块,包括垂直于保温砌块上下表面的空心孔或槽(1),还包括在孔或槽中填充有保温材料(2),其特征在于:保温砖的侧面(3)与端面(4)之间设置有斜面(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种保温砌块,其特征在于:所述斜面(5)的水平夹角为25-50度,斜面宽度为1-5厘米。
