背景技术
与传统粘土砖相比,混凝土空心砌块具有明显的技术经济优势,符合国家技术发展政策,主要具有以下优点:(1)生产不用土,能耗低,节约资源,减少大气污染;(2)自重轻,采用混凝土空心砌块有利于减小建筑物自重,有利于建筑物抗震;(3)工业化生产,价格便宜,取材方便,适应性广。但是现有的建筑用空心砌块墙体存在着保温隔热性能差的不足。

本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种建筑用空心保温砌块。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
本实用新型的建筑用空心保温砌块,由顶板、底板和两支腿组成,顶板、底板和两支腿之间围成保温空间,在所述的保温空间内设有保温隔热材料。
所述的顶板凸出于支腿形成凸块,底板内陷于支腿之间形成凹槽,凸台的外壁宽度小于凹槽的内壁宽度。
采用上述技术方案,墙体内部填充有保温隔热材料,通过凸台和凹槽的配合,上下砌块连接处存在的热桥被保温隔热材料阻断,大大减少了墙体的热传递,大大提高了墙体的保温隔热性能。

为用上述建筑用保温砌块制作砌块墙体,本实用新型的施工方法如下:将底层砌块用混凝土放线对齐,使相邻砌块的保温空间横向水平贯通;将保温隔热材料放入保温槽内;砌筑上砌块与下砌块对齐,利用上下砌块的合理构造,即上皮砌块的下部凹槽与下皮砌块的上部凸块部分相契合,实现墙体砌筑时砌块自动锁紧对齐在相邻砌块间接缝处涂抹或喷射、挤压砂浆填平。
