背景技术
用保温砌块和砂浆砌筑成的墙体,可做工业与民用建筑的承重墙和维护墙。这种保温砌块目前主要结构是采用混凝土壳体和填充于混凝土壳体空腔内的发泡混凝土或泡沫料浆构成。具有较好的保温、隔热效果和良好的防火、耐久、隔音、抗压、利废等性能。但大都存在传热系数过高等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,推陈出新,设计出一种一字芯复合保温砌块。该砌块具有以前同类复合保温砌块的优点,同时阻断了热桥,使砌块的保温、隔热效果更好。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案
一种一字芯复合保温砌块,由中空混凝土壳体(1)、混凝土壳体里位于两侧的空腔(2)和填充于混凝土壳体里位于中间的空腔(3)内的无机保温泡沫体(4)组成,混凝土壳体两端各有两个阻碍冷、热传递的断桥(5)。
本实用新型的有益效果,一字芯复合保温砌块结构合理,是对以前同类复合保温砌块的改进和提高。阻断了热桥,使砌块的保温、隔热效果更好。节能效果十分明显,推广使用后有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一字芯复合保温砌块,首先制作好中空混凝土壳体(1),中空混凝土壳体(1)里有混凝土壳体里位于两侧的空腔(2)和混凝土壳体里位于中间的空腔(3),在混凝土壳体里位于中间的空腔(3)内填充磷石膏或脱硫石膏或水泥与粉煤灰混合的无机保温泡沫体(4);混凝土壳体里位于两侧的空腔(2)则不填充任何保温材料,采取空穴隔热、保温。混凝土壳体两端各有两个阻碍冷、热传递的断桥(5);两块一字芯复合保温砌块,砌筑时使用混凝砂浆的砌筑端面相互平整接触,阻碍冷、热传递的断桥(5)中间不填入砂浆,每两个阻碍冷、热传递的断桥(5)合并形成一个空气层,增强一字芯复合保温砌块的保温效果。
