Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种保健枕，主要包括枕套、枕套拉链、内置填充物、枕木。枕套两端设计有厚实的端垫，木质的枕木放置于枕套内，周围用内置填充物包裹。枕木为木质，可以是单根，也可以是多根固定于枕头中。内置填充物可以选用荞麦壳、高梁壳、棉花等材料。枕木及内置填充物用蒙药药液浸泡后晾干放置于枕套内。具有结构简单、成本低廉、选材广泛、使用方便的特点，对颈椎病患者具有良好保健理疗效果。

本实用新型涉及一种对颈椎病起到保健理疗作用的保健枕。
背景技术
由于社会经济发展的加快，人们的生活、工作节奏也日益加快，尤其是从事伏案工作的人患颈椎病的比例较大，轻者常感头颈、肩臂疼痛，重则颈部僵硬，上肢麻木，四肢活动受限、头昏晕、耳鸣、视物模糊、睡眠不佳等。颈椎病是个常见病，治疗的方法也比较多，主要有药物治疗、物理治疗两种方式。治疗颈椎病，长期服药会对身体造成一定的副作用，利用现代理疗仪器治疗费用又比较高，经常到医疗机构去理疗也不方便。
实用新型内容
为克服长期服药的副作用，解决治疗颈椎病费用较高、不方便的问题，本实用新型保健枕特提供一种将传统蒙药与物理理疗相结合，在睡眠中治疗，可替代去医院理疗，免去吃药打针的烦恼，对颈椎病具有良好保健理疗作用的保健枕。
本实用新型保健枕采用的技术方案是：保健枕主要由枕套、端垫、拉链、内置填充物、枕木构成。枕套上设计有拉链，枕套两端设计有厚实的端垫，木质枕木置于枕套中央，其周围包裹着内置填充物。枕木在装扩枕套前，事先用诃子、草乌、麝香、珊瑚、肉豆蔻、沉香、红花、胡黄莲、石榴、檀香、马钱子、丁香、草果仁、甘草等药材配制的蒙药药液浸泡并晾干。
上述蒙药药液也可以选用成品蒙药札冲十三味丸、沉香安神丸、额日敦、乌日勒配制。札冲十三味丸的主要成份为诃子、制草乌、麝香、珊瑚、肉豆蔻、沉香；沉香安神丸的主要成份为沉香、紫檀香、红花、制草乌、胡黄莲、石榴、檀香、肉豆蔻、马钱子(制)；额日敦、乌日勒药物成份为丁香、诃子、红花、肉豆蔻、草果仁、甘草、檀香、麝香、牛黄、珍珠(制)、方海。
枕木可以是一根，也可以是多根固定于枕头中。内置填充物可以选用荞麦壳、高梁壳、棉花等材料。在枕套两端设计厚实的端垫可以维持枕头整体外形，不致使内置填充物、枕木在枕套内随意移动。因为具有一定硬度，又散发蒙药药味，枕这样的枕头睡眠休息，头、颈椎、肩部得到物理按摩的同时，又获得传统蒙药辅助治疗，起到疏通经络、活血化淤、消除疲劳、缓解病痛、清脑安神、改善睡眠、改善局部血液微循环的效果。
因为不同的木材，其材质的硬度不同，可以根据需要选取不同的木材原料制作枕木。考虑到人体头、颈、肩部位生理曲线，保健枕的整体外形要保证人睡眠时的舒适。
本实用新型保健枕选材广泛、结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便的特点。

具体实施方式
实施方式一：保健枕由枕套1、端垫2、拉链3、内置填充物4、枕木5构成。枕套1上设计有拉链2，枕套1两端设计有厚实的端垫2，用纯天然植物配制蒙药药液浸泡并晾干的一根木质枕木5置于枕套1中央，其周围包裹着用荞麦壳制作的内置填充物4。
实施方式二：
多根枕木方式。如图4所示，保健枕由枕套1、端垫2、拉链3、内置填充物4、枕木5构成。枕套1上设计有拉链2，枕套1两端设计有厚实的端垫2，用纯天然植物配制蒙药药液浸泡并晾干的四根木质枕木5置于枕套1中央，其周围包裹着用荞麦壳制作的内置填充物4。
因为不同的木材，其材质的硬度不同，可以根据患者需要选取不同的木材原料制作枕木。保健枕的整体外形要保证人睡眠时的舒适。
枕木的数量可以是一根，也可以是多根，可视需要而定。

1、一种保健枕，主要包括枕套、拉链、内置填充物，其特征在于：在枕套(1)内放置有枕木(4)，内置填充物(3)将枕木(4)包裹。
2、如权利要求1所述的保健枕，其特征在于：在枕套(1)的两端设计有厚实的端垫(2)。
3、如权利要求1所述的保健枕，其特征在于：枕木(4)为一根。
4、如权利要求1所述的保健枕，其特征在于：枕木(4)为多根。
5、如权利要求1所述的保健枕，其特征在于：内置填充物(3)为荞麦壳。
6、如权利要求1所述的保健枕，其特征在于：内置填充物(3)为荞麦壳、高梁壳。
7、如权利要求1所述的保健枕，其特征在于：内置填充物(3)为棉花。
