具体实施方式
如图1所示，
一种保健枕，包括由枕套1和枕芯2构成的枕头本体，枕芯2内有植物中草药、芥麦皮、蚕沙填充物，枕套1为皮质或布料的。
枕套1的外表面镶嵌有由玉石块构成的玉石阵列3。玉石块上有可以缝合在枕套上的针孔，通过缝合固定在枕套1上。
其中的玉石可以由锗石、砭石、托玛琳等具有保健功能的保健矿石替代，可以起到很到的保健效果。
病例一 夏某，女，患有慢性病高血压、神经衰弱，使用三个月后，血压恢复正常，神经衰弱也得到了很好的改善。
病例二 闫某，女，患有颈椎病，使用两个月的保健枕后，颈椎病得到了明显的改善，现在不用吃药了，精神状态也好了。
