本实用新型涉及一种颈椎保健枕，属于保健枕结构技术领域。一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于由承托头枕部的低平枕(1)以及连接其一侧的用于承托颈部的圆筒枕(2)共同构成。一种颈椎保健枕，改现有枕头的一体结构为分体组合结构，结构上的改变使人体的头枕部及颈椎部都能得到良好的支撑，结构设计合理，其整体的曲度与人体的生理曲度相吻合，更加利于人体的睡眠及休息，而且其内芯可填充有针对不同病症的各类药材，与传统枕头相比，有着不可比拟的优势。

本实用新型涉及一种颈椎保健枕，属于保健枕结构技术领域。
背景技术
枕头作为人们生活中的生活必须品越来越受到重视，枕头不合适会使颈椎生理曲度改变，颈部肌肉劳损，引起颈部神经根和血管受到刺激或压迫，产生颈椎病，甚至造成脑部供血不足，诱发颈源性冠心病和脑血管病。睡觉时维持颈椎的正常生理状态，才能使颈项部皮肤、肌肉、韧带、椎间关节及穿过颈部的气管、食道和神经等组织与整个人体一起放松、休息。如果枕头过高或过低，无论是仰卧还是侧卧，都会使颈椎生理状态改变，使颈部某些肌肉过度紧张。久而久之，颈部肌肉就会发生劳损、挛缩，促使颈椎位置发生微小变化，引起颈部神经根和血管受到刺激或压迫，出现反射性痉挛，产生颈、肩、背、臂麻痛、胸痛、心慌、血压异常等；甚至造成脑部供血不足，出现头晕、头痛、视力下降、耳鸣、恶心、听力减退等症状。
目前市面上保健枕花样百出，良莠不齐，价格从几百元乃至上千元，令人望而却步。对枕头高低的标准，也是众说不一，没有一个精准的数据可供参考。现代研究认为，枕头的适宜高度以8-12厘米为宜，一般的认识是：习惯仰卧的人枕高一拳，习惯侧睡的人枕高一拳半为宜。
但最近据医学调查，健康人在8小时睡眠中，姿势变换约20-45次，而且有一半的姿势在不到5分钟就变换一次，其中60％是仰卧，35％是侧卧，5％是俯卧。
笔者从事针灸临床工作18年，接诊的颈椎病患者数以千计，由于工作劳累繁忙，我自己也成为了颈椎病患者中的一员。在诸多的颈椎病患者中，职业病是颈椎病的主要发病原因，白天必须要工作，如果晚上颈椎又得不到很好的休息，颈椎病就成了顽疾。所以一个合适的枕头，无论是对于颈椎病患者还是健康人而言，都非常必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种结构设计合理、具备颈椎治疗效果的、与使用者颈椎生理曲度相吻合的颈椎保健枕。
由于每个人的生理曲度不同，因此对枕头的高度也不相同，与每个人的高矮胖瘦、肩宽、头围、脖子的长短以及颈部弧度均相关，并无一定的标准。笔者通过多年的临床实践和观察，发现在同一人的身上，存在着非常微妙的数字关系：即身高的十分之一、肩到同侧颈部之间的距离、拇食两指一扎间的长度、风府穴到大椎穴(第一颈椎到第七颈椎)的长度，四者之间的距离数值惊人的相似，约有一半的人几乎相等！更为惊奇的是，以这个数值除以2为周长做成的圆筒枕的弧度，与本人颈椎的生理曲度非常的吻合。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种颈椎保健枕，改现有的一体结构为分体组合结构，其特殊之处在于由承托头枕部的低平枕1一以及连接其一侧的用于承托颈部的圆筒枕2共同构成；
所述低平枕1及圆筒枕2的尺寸均按使用者的生理尺寸而定；
所述低平枕1的周长计算公式为：身高/10+肩宽+一扎长度+风府穴到大椎穴的长度；所述圆筒枕2的周长为低平枕1周长的二分之一；所述低平枕1及圆筒枕2的长度L为60-70cm；
所述低平枕1及圆筒枕2内有填充材料，其中低平枕1的充容量为60％，圆筒枕2的充容量为100％，圆筒枕2较低平枕1高3-5cm；
所述填充材料为荞麦壳、谷糠、花朵等天然的材料；
所述填充材料为具有药疗作用的中草药：
所述中草药可以按照不同功效分为治疗颈椎病的中草药、治疗神经衰弱的中草药、防治感冒的中草药以及防治感冒的中草药；

具体实施方式
以下参照附图，给出本实用新型的具体实施方式，用来对本实用新型的构成进行进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种颈椎保健枕参考图，由承托头枕部的低平枕1以及连接其一侧的用于承托颈部的圆筒枕2共同构成；低平枕1及圆筒枕2的尺寸均按使用者的生理尺寸而定；低平枕1的周长计算公式为：身高/10+肩宽+一扎长度+风府穴到大椎穴的长度；所迷圆筒枕2的周长为低平枕1周长的二分之一；所述低平枕1及圆筒枕2的长度L为60-70cm；低平枕1及圆筒枕2内有填充材料，其中圆筒枕2的充容量为100％，低平枕1的充容量为60％，圆筒枕2较低平枕1高3-5cm；填充材料为荞麦壳、谷糠、花朵等天然的材料；填充材料也可为具有药疗作用的中草药；
所述中草药可以按照不同功效分为治疗颈椎病的中草药、治疗神经衰弱的中草药、防治感冒的中草药以及防治感冒的中草药；
例如可以为下述几种处方
(1)颈椎病：白芷、川芎、威灵仙、红花各100克、黄菊花200克，片姜黄50克，透骨草100克，川草乌、川椒各50克，竹叶、夏枯草各100克，共制成枕芯，每日枕用。本方有疏经活络、活血化瘀、祛风除湿、散寒止痛的作用。
(2)神经衰弱：夜交藤200克，合欢皮、柏子仁、枣仁、五味子、丹参、黄菊花、香附、竹茹各100克，磁石50克(或用直径4-5厘米的小磁铁一块)共装入枕中。本方有疏调气机、滋阴、调血安神、交合阴阳二气的功效。对于头痛、头晕、多梦、耳鸣、心烦、失眠的神衰患者，有较好的疗效。
(3)防治感冒药枕：黄芪、白术、防风、白芥子各100克，细辛、桂枝各50克，薄荷100克，麻黄、羌活、桔梗各50克，制成药枕使用。有宣肺解表、益气固本的功效。抵抗力弱，经常患感冒的人，可使用本枕。(4)高血压：菊花1000克，川芎400克，蚕砂500克，罗布麻叶100克。适用范围：高血压、头痛、目疾、肝阳上亢所致耳鸣、头晕目眩。(5)脑动脉硬化：丹参、乳香、没药、五灵脂、川芎、羌活、当归各100克，赤芍、菖蒲、薤白各50克，充作枕芯，每日枕用。本方有活血化瘀、疏通经络、安神定志之功效。
笔者统计了2010年1-6月份在门诊治疗的颈椎病患者231例，其中自愿接受颈椎保健枕辅助治疗者138例，未用保健枕者93例，两组病例年龄、性别、病情等各方面相似，具有可比性。
治疗结果如表：

从表中可见，保健枕组患者治疗时间明显缩短，临床治愈率较高，且远期疗效稳定。另有部分健康自愿者在使用该款保健枕后，共同的感觉就是：早晨起床后，一身的疲惫都不见了！
正确的选择和使用适合自己的枕头，不仅可以提高睡眠质量，保证良好的工作状态，而且可以使身体更加健康，让生活更加美好。
本实施例的一种颈椎保健枕，改现有枕头的一体结构为分体组合结构，结构上的改变使人体的头枕部及颈椎部都能得到良好的支撑，结构设计合理，其整体的曲度与人体的生理曲度相吻合，更加利于人体的睡眠及休息，而且其内芯可填充有针对不同病症的不同的药材，与传统枕头相比，有着不可比拟的优势。

1.一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于由承托头枕部的低平枕(1)以及连接其一侧的用于承托颈部的圆筒枕(2)共同构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于所述圆筒枕(2)的周长为低平枕(1)周长的二分之一。
3.按照权利要求1所述一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于所述圆筒枕(2)及低平枕(1)的长度L为60-70cm。
4.按照权利要求1所述一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于所述圆筒枕(2)及低平枕(1)内有填充材料，其中圆筒枕(2)的充容量为100％，低平枕(1)的充容量为60％。
5.按照权利要求4所述一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于圆筒枕(2)较低平枕(1)高3-5cm。
6.按照权利要求4所述一种颈椎保健枕，其特征在于所述填充材料为荞麦壳或谷糠或花朵或中草药。
