本实用新型涉及一种中空铝条。
背景技术
中空铝条是节能中空玻璃内的主要材料之一，内部放入分子筛干燥剂，使中空玻璃密封的空间保持干燥。但目前所用的中空铝条是用铝材挤压而成的，韧性较差，硬度和强度较低，不能折弯，做成框形时需要将铝条切割成多段，铝条转角的连接处是用塑料角件连接而成的，由于铝条周边与玻璃要密封连接，但因为框形铝条在塑料角件处比其它地方的高度略低，造成铝条周边与玻璃之间连接不能完全密封，影响中空产品密封性能，看起来也不够美观，另外由于中空铝条根据型号要求长度固定，加工时必定有余料浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种能折弯的密封性能好、美观的中空铝条。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：一种中空铝条，包括中空铝条本体，其特征在于，中空铝条由铝板弯曲后高频焊接而成，中空铝条上平面中间有一焊接缝。
本发明创造由于由铝板弯曲后高频焊接而成，韧性好，硬度和强度高，做成的铝条框在转角处可以采用折弯方式，不需要用角件，保证铝条框与玻璃之间的密封性能好、且铝条框美观漂亮。同时二根中空铝条可以用连接件连成一体，因而每根中空铝条的余料可以充分利用，可减少中空铝条6％-10％的材料损失，一般可以将中空铝条之间连接处放在非折弯处，以方便操作。
本中空铝条也可以用于其它类似行业。
本实用新型能折弯，加工时操作方便，加工成铝条框后密封性能好、美观，且可以减少金属条余料浪费6％-10％。
