节能的中空玻璃中有一框形的中空金属型材,现有框形的中空金属型材是由多根中空的金属型材用塑料角件连接而成的,牢固度较差,金属型材与外面玻璃之间连接不能很好地密封,密封性能差,看起来也不够美观,另外由于中空的金属型材根据型号要求长度固定,加工时容易有余料浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种只用一至二根中空的金属条折弯而成的密封性能好、美观的中空玻璃金属框。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:一种中空玻璃金属框,包括一至二根中空的金属条,其特征在于,中空玻璃金属框由一根或二根中空的金属条折弯而成,中空的金属条之间连接处由连接件插入金属条中空内部连接,保证金属条之间连接处基本密封且无明显的外部折痕,保证本发明创造密封性能好、美观。由于二根中空的金属条可以连接成一根,因而每根金属条的余料可以充分利用,可减少6%-10%的材料损失,一般可以将金属条之间连接处放在非折弯处,操作方便。
金属条最好为铝条,以保证不易折断。
本实用新型密封性能好、美观,且可以减少金属条余料浪费6%-10%。
