技术领域
本实用新型涉及蓄电池的配件,特别涉及一种干荷免维护摩托车蓄电池注液孔密封塞。
背景技术
开口式摩托车蓄电池在使用过程中会有酸雾排出,污染环境,需要定期补水维护,而免维护摩托车蓄电池具有其密封性能好、水损耗少、使用寿命长、对环境无污染、维护简便等优良性能。干荷免维护摩托车蓄电池,对蓄电池的密封性有特殊要求,目前大多数免维护摩托车蓄电池生产厂家,采用的是多个注液孔密封塞连成一体的密封条结构,每款电池盖模就要配一套密封条模具,由于摩托车电池型号较多,需要开的密封条模具也多,模具投入成本高,同时由于密封条通用性差,生产时需要经常更换模具,而影响注塑的生产效率,另外这种整体结构的密封条会增加塑料的消耗,导致电池生产成本增加。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种干荷免维护摩托车蓄电池注液孔密封塞,该密封结构采用单体注液孔密封塞配合电池盖上的一组注液孔,减少模具的开发、降低原材料的投入和提高生产效率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该蓄电池采用单体注液孔密封塞与电池盖上注液孔过盈配合密封,电池盖上排布一组注液孔,注液孔上一对一安装密封塞。
生产时,所有型号电池盖的注液孔采用同一结构,这样就可以配用同一型号的注液孔密封塞。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、传统是一套电池盖配一套密封条模具,选用单体注液孔密封塞时,所有电池盖模具只需配用一套注液孔密封塞模具,节约了大量的模具开发费用。
2、传统密封条是将一组注液孔密封塞全部连接起来,单体的注液孔密封塞节约了密封条连接处的原材料投入,每只电池可以节约5g原材料。
3、单体的注液孔密封塞与注液孔配合更紧密,内外气压差能达到80KP而不漏气,彻底杜绝了漏酸的可能性。
4、单体的注液孔密封塞通用性好,生产过程中不需要频繁更换模具,大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该蓄电池采用单体注液孔密封塞3与电池盖1上的注液孔2配合密封,电池盖1上排布一组注液孔2,注液孔2上一对一安装注液孔密封塞3。
生产时,所有型号电池盖1上的注液孔2采用同一结构,这样就可以配用同一型号的注液孔密封塞3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的干荷免维护摩托车蓄电池注液孔密封塞,其特征在于:电池盖(1)上排布一组注液孔(2),注液孔(2)一对一安装注液孔密封塞(3)。
