本实用新型涉及太阳能技术领域,是一种分体式换热器太阳能水箱。 
背景技术
目前使用的分体式太阳能热水器的水箱均为承压式结构,换热器为内置式换热器。这种换热器的不足在于:自身承压性能低,容易损坏,并且换热器在水箱中容易腐蚀。当换热器损坏时,需将水箱和换热器整体报废,给使用者造成较大的损失。另外,由于换热器的外表面呈锥形面,制作时,用钢板拉伸制成时,易产生拉伸不均匀现象,耐腐蚀性能差、生产时废品率高等。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种分体式换热器太阳能水箱,它将换热器和水箱设置成分体结构,以解决公知技术存在的不足。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种分体式换热器太阳能水箱,包括箱体和内胆,箱体和内胆之间设置保温层,内胆一端开设通孔,通孔处装入换热器,换热器位于内胆腔体的一侧,换热器端头的外壁与通孔的内壁相接触,换热器一端安装循环进水管、排气管和循环出水管,换热器另一端为封闭端,换热器呈圆筒状,换热器周壁的外表面是球面,换热器安装循环进出水管一端采用U形法兰盘封闭,U形法兰盘的开口端设有向外延伸的折边,内胆开设通孔处外壁安装第一平板法兰盘,第一平板法兰盘的端面安装密封圈,密封圈另一端面与U形法兰盘的折边相接触,第二平板法兰盘安装在U形法兰盘的外端面,第一平板法兰盘和第二平板法兰盘采用连接件连接。换热器封闭端外表面是弧面。内胆两端分别设置第一封头和第二封头,通孔开设在第二封头上。 
本实用新型的优点在于:换热器与水箱为分体式可拆卸结构,当换热器需要维修或损坏时,能够及时维修和更换,对水箱不会造成任何损坏,更不需要报废水箱,减少 了浪费。换热器采用不锈钢板整体拉伸制成圆筒状,外表面呈球面,承压性能高,耐腐蚀性好,换热效率高,生产成品率高,换热器的密封性能好,无泄露现象等。

图中,7是箱体,14是内胆,箱体7和内胆14之间设置保温层13,内胆14一端开设通孔15,通孔15处装入换热器4,换热器4位于内胆14腔体的一侧,换热器4端头的外壁与通孔15的内壁相接触,换热器4一端安装循环进水管10、排气管11和循环出水管12,换热器4另一端为封闭端,换热器4采用不锈钢板拉伸制作,使换热器4呈圆筒状,换热器4周壁的外表面是球面,承压性能好,制作时拉伸均匀,生产效率高,成品率高,换热器4安装循环进出水管一端采用U形法兰盘6封闭,密封效果好,U形法兰盘6的开口端设有向外延伸的折边,便于使换热器4安装更牢固,内胆14开设通孔15处外壁安装第一平板法兰盘2,第一平板法兰盘2的端面安装密封圈5,密封圈5另一端面与U形法兰盘6的折边相接触,第二平板法兰盘3安装在U形法兰盘6的外端面,第二平板法兰盘3用于压紧U形法兰盘6,密封圈5、第一平板法兰盘2和第二平板法兰盘3采用连接件连接。本实用新型所述换热器4与箱体7的连接,不采用第二平板法兰盘3时,可将U形法兰盘6的折边进一步向外延伸,将密封圈5及第一平板法兰盘2压紧,使U形法兰盘6与第一平板法兰盘2采用可折卸连接件连接。 
本实用新型将换热器4封闭端外表面制成弧面时,便于进一步增加换热器4的承压性能,提高使用寿命。 
本实用新型还可将内胆14两端分别设置第一封头16和第二封头17,此时,通孔15开设在第二封头17上,这种内胆14便于制造。

1.一种分体式换热器太阳能水箱,包括箱体(7)和内胆(14),箱体(7)和内胆(14)之间设置保温层(13),其特征在于:内胆(14)一端开设通孔(15),通孔(15)处装入换热器(4),换热器(4)位于内胆(14)腔体的一侧,换热器(4)端头的外壁与通孔(15)的内壁相接触,换热器(4)一端安装循环进水管(10)、排气管(11)和循环出水管(12),换热器(4)另一端为封闭端,换热器(4)呈圆筒状,换热器(4)周壁的外表面是球面,换热器(4)安装循环进出水管一端采用U形法兰盘(6)封闭,U形法兰盘(6)的开口端设有向外延伸的折边,内胆(14)开设通孔(15)处外壁安装第一平板法兰盘(2),第一平板法兰盘(2)的端面安装密封圈(5),密封圈(5)另一端面与U形法兰盘(6)的折边相接触,第二平板法兰盘(3)安装在U形法兰盘(6)的外端面,第一平板法兰盘(2)和第二平板法兰盘(3)采用连接件连接。
