Abstract
本实用新型公开一种变速箱专用轴承,是滚动轴承的一种。通过对现有同类轴承结构的改进,来改善轴承的承载性能,提高轴承使用寿命。本实用新型由内圈、滚动体和筐形保持架构成,内圈是外表面呈锥形的圆锥体结构,滚动体为圆锥滚子,内圈和滚动体装在筐形保持架中,在模具上压装成不可分离的轴承内组件,成为无外圈的变速箱专用轴承。本实用新型用作变速箱二轴前轴承起浮动支承作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滚动轴承,具体是一种变速箱专用轴承。
背景技术
目前所用的变速箱二轴前轴承是一种无外圈的圆柱滚子轴承组件,起浮动支承作用。其缺点是只能承受一定的径向载荷,不能承受轴向载荷,导致该部位轴承损坏较多,影响变速箱正常工作。变速箱用户多年的使用实践证实了这种情况。所以该部位轴承结构有待改进。
发明内容
针对上述情况,发明人径过分析研究,通过一系列优化设计,提出一种变速箱专用轴承,改善子轴承性能,克服了现有此类轴承的缺陷。
技术方案
本实用新型提出如下所述的技术方案:变速箱专用轴承包括内圈、滚动体和保持架,其内圈为圆锥体结构,滚动体采用圆锥滚子,保持架为筐形保持架,内圈和滚动体装于筐形保持架中,通过模具压装成不可分离的轴承内组件,即成一种变速箱专用轴承。
有益效果本实用新型和现用轴承想比,有如下显著优点:1.由于采用圆锥形内圈和圆锥滚子及筐形保持架,提高了轴承组件的使用寿命,保证了变速箱的正常工作;2.由于轴承组件在模具内压装,圆锥角公差严格,精度高,具有一定的调心性能,降低了对保持架的要求,可将保持架材料由原用的黄铜改为钢板,降低了制造成本,提高了经济效益。

具体实施方式
变速箱专用轴承由内圈1、滚动体2和筐形保持架3组成。内圈1为上表面成锥形的圆锥体,滚动体2为圆锥滚子,将内圈1和滚动体2装于筐形保持架3中,在模具上压装成不可分离的轴承内组件,即成无外圈的变速箱专用轴承。
本实用新型内圈1和滚动体2用通用材料制做,框形保持架3用钢板制做。

1、一种变速箱专用轴承,包括内圈、滚动体和筐形保持架,其特征在于所述内圈(1)为圆锥体结构,滚动体(2)采用圆锥滚子,保持架为筐形保持架(3),内圈(1)和滚动体(2)装于筐形保持架(3)中,通过模具压装成不可分离的轴承内组件,即成一种变速箱专用轴承。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种变速箱专用轴承,其特征在于内圈(1)为外表面成锥形的圆锥体。
