圆盘给料机是选煤、选矿、烧结、电力和建材等行业中广泛应用的设备。现行圆盘给料机的传动机构中的主轴下端的双列向心滚子轴承与下机座孔压配合,组装时,由于在机座外无法使轴承与下机座孔准确定位,在压入轴承时,常发生轴承受损,影响使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种能使轴承与机座孔准确定位的圆盘给料机主轴与机座的连接结构。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种圆盘给料机主轴与机座的连接结构,包括机座和主轴下端的轴承,其特征在于:与主轴下端的轴承紧固连接的锥套的外表面为锥形面与机座下端中心的锥孔相配。本实用新型与现有技术比较具有主轴下端轴承能与机座轴承孔准确定位不损伤轴承的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图对本实用新型作详细说明,与圆盘1相连接的主轴2置于机座内,主轴下端的双列向心球面滚子轴承5与锥套6紧固连接,此锥套的外表面为锥形面与下机座4中心的锥孔相配。机座为上机座3和下机座4,其周边设有螺栓孔,通过螺栓连成一体。本实用新型在组成时,先将锥套压在上述轴承外环上与主轴组成一起后,将主轴上的锥套置于下机座的锥孔处,由于下机座的锥孔的上端口大于锥套下端头,因而主轴轴承中心与下机座孔中心很容易对正,组装准确,快捷,不会损坏轴承,而且在拆卸时,也十分方便。
