技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车篮，具体涉及一种可用于自行车、电瓶车、三轮车和摩托车等用来存放物品的车篮。属于车用五金用具技术。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的车篮，由钢丝网和边框钢条或钢条，通过焊接构成的篮底和篮侧框或称篮侧邦组成。其较多的结构形式，大致如附图1、2、3所示。
已有技术的车篮所采用的钢丝网和钢条，均以钢丝或钢条为基体，在其表面有诸如铬、镍、锌等金属镀层。
无疑，所述已有技术的车篮，均存在手感差，表面光亮度差，耐磨、防锈性能差，外观美感差等不足。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种表面光亮，耐磨、防锈和外形美观的车篮，以克服已有技术的不足。
本实用新型实现其目的的技术方案是：一种可用于自行车、电瓶车、三轮车和摩托车的车篮，由钢丝网和钢条/钢条通过焊接构成，在所述钢丝网和钢条/钢条的表面有金属层，其创新点在于，在金属层的表面有防护材料层；所述防护材料层，是透明树酯类热固性塑料层；所述防护材料层，是通过喷塑而与金属层固定连接的。
由上述技术方案可以明了，本实用新型由于在其金属层表面有防护材料层，且所述防护材料层是透明的，因而可通过防护材料层，清晰地看到光亮的金属层。从而使本实用新型表面光亮平整，透明效果好，具有强烈的金属感，达到耐磨、防锈和外观好的效果。
本实用新型优选的透明防护材料层，是聚酯树酯层。从而使所述防护材料层，具有很高的耐冲击性能和耐磨、防锈效果。
上述技术方案得以实施后，本实用新型所具有的金属感强，表面光亮平整，耐磨、防锈性能好，外形美观等特点，是不言而喻的。

一种可用于自行车、电瓶车、三轮车和摩托车的车篮，由钢丝网和钢条/钢条1，通过焊接构成，且其篮底4有可与所述车辆前轴组装的连接件6，篮背框5有可与所述车辆灯架组装的连接件7，在所述钢丝网和钢条/钢条1的表面有铬/镍/锌金属镀层2，在金属镀层2的表面有防护材料涂层3，而所述防护材料涂层3，是透明树酯类热固性塑料涂层。且所述透明防护材料涂层3，是聚酯树酯涂层。所述防护材料涂层3，是通过静电喷塑而与金属镀层2固定连接的。

1、一种可用于自行车、电瓶车、三轮车和摩托车的车篮，由钢丝网和钢条/钢条(1)，通过焊接构成，在所述钢丝网和钢条/钢条(1)的表面有金属层(2)，其特征在于，在金属层(2)的表面有防护材料层(3)；所述防护材料层(3)，是透明树酯类热固性塑料层；所述防护材料层(3)，是通过喷塑而与金属层(2)固定连接的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车篮，其特征在于，所述透明防护材料层(3)，是聚酯树酯层。
