一种三组合池体玻璃钢沼气池是四分之一球体面与半个圆柱体面或半个圆锥体面结合组成的池体,左右对称的上池体合拢,用螺栓固定后,安在池底上,用螺栓连接,在上池体下方各可有一个通孔,安有带密封圈的法兰盘,左边上池体通孔上与带弯头的进料管连接,右边上池体通孔上与带弯头的出料管连接,出料管上端与水压间密封连接,在上池体顶部开有出气孔,安有出气组合件。本实用新型是由三大块部件组合而成,这样生产加工、运输、安全都方便,整体密封性能提高,达到了使用安全、可靠的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型属于沼气发生装置中的一种三组合池体玻璃钢沼气池。
背景技术
沼气是由植物残体在与空气隔绝的条件下,经自然分解而成的,主要用作燃料,而发酵后的残余物仍可作肥料,由于酵解后的粪肥杀灭了大量的寄生虫卵和病菌,有利于城乡环境的保护,是工农业广泛利用的措施,在农村使用沼气做燃料既方便卫生,又经济实惠,因此颇受农民的欢迎,为了保证沼气的使用,许多农家都建立了沼气池,他们将废气的秸秆、互芙、粪水等,倒入自制的沼气池中,让其发酵后产生沼气,以保存有充足的燃料,但是,由于这种沼气池比较简陋,缺乏科学的管理,常常会引发安全事故,令人十分担忧,为满足社会的需求,各种沼气池便应运而生,其中仅玻璃钢制作的沼气池就有多种,他们为沼气的安全使用提供了一定保障,但仍存在着一些不足。现有的玻璃钢沼气池为上下半球或椭球组合池体,也有将上下半球或上下椭球分别以3~6等分再组合的形式,由于池体的体积庞大,上下半球或上下椭球池体重叠运输过程中,经常会出现池体损坏现象,同时,将上下半球或上下椭球分别以3~6等分后再进行组合的形式,虽然为运输提供了方便,但组合全面过多却难以保证池体的密封性能,其半球或半椭球的池体底部,很容易损坏,且在现场安装时不容易定位,给安装带来了一定的难度。另外,现有的进出料管一种采用与上半球或上半椭球池体粘接的形式,该连接的结合面小且为曲面,难以保证密封性能和连接强度;另一种是采用螺栓直接与下半球或下半椭球体连接,由于进料管或出料管向外倾斜且结合面为狭窄的曲面,连接的可靠性也差,难以保证密封性能和连接强度,除池体内沼气原料因长期积压而产生的表面硬壳也十分困难,故需改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产、运输、安装方便、池体密封可靠,使用安全的三组合池体玻璃纲沼气池。
本实用新型的技术方案如图1所示,左右对称的两个带法兰边的上池体1合拢,用螺栓固定后,安在带法兰盘的池底2上,用螺栓连接,两法兰盘之间夹有密封条,左右上池体1的下方各开有一个通孔,大小相同,且在穿过中心的同一轴线上,并在外表面上安有带密封圈的法兰盘,左边上池体1的通孔上与带有密封圈法兰盘的弯头进料管3,螺栓连接;右边的上池体1通孔上与带有密封圈法兰盘的同样弯头出料管4,螺栓连接,出料管4的上端头与水压间5密封连接,水压间5的部分箱体靠在上池体1上,上池体1顶部开有出气孔,安有出气组合件6。
本实用新型的上池体1是由上部是四分之一球体面与下部半个圆柱体面或半个圆锥体面结合组成整体,在开通孔处外表面安有带密封圈的法兰盘,进料管3与出料管4直径相同,弯头是直角弯头,弯头与直管部分连接成一体,弯头端头安有带密封圈的法兰盘。
出气组合体6如图2所示,由安有密封圈8的出气底座7穿出上池体1的出气孔,用对顶螺母9固定,出气管盖10内安有密封圈8用螺纹连接在出气底座7上。
本实用新型是由三大块部件组合而成,这样生产加工、运输安装都很方便,整体密封性能提高,达到了使用安全可靠的要求。

具体实施方式
本实用新型按上述技术方案实施,整个沼气池容量约8立方,根据需要可大可小,进料管直径约60厘米,进出料管的直管与弯头是制成一体的,也可以是直管与弯头分离组合成的,出气组合件可以采用工程塑料制成,当沼气池工作一段时间后,可以取下出气管盖对池内沼气原料表面硬壳进行捣破搅拌清除。利用水压间可以对池内气压进行调整,水压间与箱体部分靠在池体1上的接合面,与池体顶面吻合。

1.一种三组合池体玻璃钢沼气池其特征是左右对称的两个带法兰边的上池体(1)合拢,用螺栓固定后,安在带法兰盘的池底(2)上,用螺栓连接,两法兰盘之间夹有密封条,左右上池体(1)的下方,各开有一个通孔,大小相同且在穿过中心的同一轴线上,并在外表石上安有带密封圈的法兰盘,左边上池体(1)的通孔上与带有密封圈法兰盘的弯头进料管(3),螺栓连接,右边上池体(1)通孔上与带有密封圈法兰的同样弯头出料后(4),螺栓连接,出料管(4)的上端与水压间(5)密封连接,水压间(5)的部分箱体靠在上池体(1)上,在上池体(1)顶部开有出气孔,安有出气组合件(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述三组合池体玻璃钢沼气池其特征是上池体(1)是上部由四分之一球体面与下部半个圆柱体面或半个圆锥体面结合组成整体。
3.根据权利要求1所述三组合池体玻璃钢沼气,其特征是出气组合体(6)是由安有密封圈(8)的出气底座(7),穿出上池体(1)的出气孔,用对顶螺母(9)固定,出气管盖(10)内安有密封圈(8),螺纹连接在出气底座(7)上。
