Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种塑木复合板材，包括塑木芯层，在塑木芯层外设有复合层，该复合层与塑木芯层紧密结合为一体，其外表面为光滑面；在复合层外设有贴面层。由于在芯层外设有与之紧密结合的复合面层，它可由塑料和填料组成，其外表面光滑平整，而且它与芯层共挤而成，两者结合紧密，板材边缘整齐，抗撕裂强度高，变换面层填料种类，可改变板材的颜色和改善板材的性能，不仅外表光滑美观，而且增强了板材的韧性，提高了可加工性能。

本实用新型属于塑木复合材料技术领域，具体是涉及一种塑木板材。
背景技术
利用塑料和植物纤维加工成的塑木复合材料，广泛应用于建材、汽车工业、包装运输、装饰材料及日常生活用具等方面，现有的塑木板材普遍存在着表面美观度差、边缘撕裂度高、可加工性能差等缺点，在一定程度上限制了它的应用。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种表面平整光滑，边缘整齐、不易撕裂，可加工性能强的塑木复合板材。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括塑木芯层，其结构特点是塑木芯层外设有复合层，该复合层与塑木芯层紧密结合为一体，其外表面为光滑面。
作为对本实用新型的的改进，在复合层外设有贴面层。
由于本实用新型的芯层外设有与之紧密结合的复合面层，它可由塑料和填料组成，其外表面光滑平整，而且它与芯层共挤而成，两者结合紧密，板材边缘整齐，抗撕裂强度高，变换面层填料种类，可改变板材的颜色和改善板材的性能，不仅外表光滑美观，而且增强了板材的韧性，提高了可加工性能。

具体实施方式
由图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括塑木芯层1，塑木芯层1外设有复合层2，该复合层2与塑木芯层1紧密结合为一体，其外表面为光滑面，复合层2外设有贴面层3。
本实用新型的塑木芯层1由塑料与植物纤维、木质纤维材料混挤而成，塑木芯层1外的复合层2由塑料和填料组成，填料可以根据需要添加阻燃剂、色料等。
Claims (2)
1、一种塑木复合板材，包括塑木芯层(1)，其特征是塑木芯层(1)外设有复合层(2)，该复合层(2)与塑木芯层(1)紧密结合为一体，其外表面为光滑面。
2、按照权利要求1所述的塑木复合板材，其特征是复合层(2)外设有贴面层(3)。
