请参阅图1所示，上层由合适厚度、硬度的钛锌卷材料(即钛锌板1)、下层不锈钢卷材料(即不锈钢板5)及中间层塑料芯材3，用高强度粘接膜2、4复合压制而成。使用钛锌卷可实现连续生产，再根据需要切割成各种不同规格，降低生产成本。
