目前，FA503细纱机是我国上世纪八十年代的产品，随着国内、外纺织市场形势以及人们消费水平的不断变化，其由于制造上的原因，所生产的产品远远达不到高档高支纱的要求，尤其是乌斯特条干的各项指标，无论怎样调整其它工艺参数均不能满足产品的要求。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的细纱机罗拉滑座装置存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种新型的细纱机罗拉滑座装置，对其罗拉滑座进行了改造，在不增加成本的情况下，优化牵伸隔距，改善棉纱乌斯特条干指标。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：细纱机罗拉滑座装置，它是在罗拉滑座中间有罗拉，一边有固定螺丝。
细纱机罗拉滑座装置，可以不同品种调节固定螺丝进行相应的隔距调节。
本实用新型的有益效果是，棉纱乌斯特条干有了明显的改善，例如紧密纺JC80S品种，条干CV％由改造前的13.85降低到改造后的13.00-13.20，千米细节由20多个降低到10-15个，达到了预期效果。
