技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电饭煲内锅,属于电饭煲内锅的改进技术。
背景技术
针对电饭煲用不锈钢内锅传热慢的缺陷,市面上出现了许多复合底内锅,即在不锈钢内锅的底部焊接或压合一层或多层热传导率高的金属层,如铝、铜等,但这种内锅制作工艺复杂,而且不美观。
中国专利ZL99202463.3公开了一种复合底不锈钢锅,在不锈钢锅体底部压合一层与锅底形状相吻合的金属复合层,在金属复合层外再压合一层与锅底形状相吻合的金属复合层,复合层的厚度分别为0.1~1cm、0.05~1cm,上述结构的内锅虽然解决了美观和清洗问题,但金属层的厚度范围太宽,特别是热传导率较低的不锈钢层的厚度直接影响内锅的热量传递和热量利用率,而且材料成本高。此外,在锅体上压合金属层的制造工艺也非常复杂,制造成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种使用材料少,制造成本低,而且导热快的电饭煲内锅。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括锅体,其中所述锅体由两层或三层材料复合压制而成。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例电饭煲内锅结构如图1、2所示,锅体3由两层材料复合压制而成,包括内层1及外层2,其内层1为不锈钢材料,厚度为0.4~0.8mm,外层2为铝材,厚度为1.0~2.5mm。
实施例2:
本实施例电饭煲内锅结构示意图如图3、4所示,锅体3由三层材料复合压制而成,包括内层11、中间层12及外层13,其内层11及外层13均为不锈钢材料,厚度分别为0.4~0.8mm,中间层12为铝材,厚度为1.0~2.5mm。

1、一种电饭煲内锅,包括锅体(3),其特征在于所述锅体(3)由两层或三层材料复合压制而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电饭煲内锅,其特征在于上述锅体(3)由两层材料复合压制而成,包括内层(1)及外层(2),其内层(1)为不锈钢材料,厚度为0.4~0.8mm,外层(2)为铝材,厚度为1.0~2.5mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电饭煲内锅,其特征在于上述锅体(3)由三层材料复合压制而成,包括内层(11)、中间层(12)及外层(13),其内层(11)及外层(13)均为不锈钢材料,厚度分别为0.4~0.8mm,中间层(12)为铝材,厚度为1.0~2.5mm。
