带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池,本实用新型涉及一种沼气池。本实用新型解决了现有的沼气池存在沼气池拱顶发生龟裂,致使沼气泄漏,造成浪费,泄漏严重时会导致沼气池无法正常使用,修补困难的问题。本实用新型包括玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)、池体(2),所述玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)的上端与池体(2)密闭连接。本实用新型具有不易龟裂、不漏气、不渗水、密封性好的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池。
背景技术
在我国北方农村地区一些小型沼气池(8~50m3)的池体和沼气池拱顶(沼气池盖)基本都是水泥浇铸或砖混制造而成,尤其是沼气池拱顶以及沼气池拱顶和池体之间的连接处要求封闭性好以防沼气泄漏,这就造成沼气池拱顶施工难度大,而且专业性强。在北方冬季低温情况下,热胀冷缩很容易导致沼气池拱顶发生龟裂,致使沼气泄漏,造成浪费。泄漏严重时会导致沼气池不产气进而无法正常使用,修补困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有的沼气池存在沼气池拱顶发生龟裂,致使沼气泄漏,造成浪费,泄漏严重时会导致沼气池无法正常使用,修补困难的问题,进而提供了一种带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池,它包括玻璃钢沼气池盖1、池体2,所述玻璃钢沼气池盖1的上端与池体2密闭连接。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型的沼气池能有效解决沼气池盖因热胀冷缩龟裂而导致沼气池漏气的问题,本实用新型的沼气池具有不易龟裂、不漏气、不渗水、密封性好的优点,此外,还具有以下优点:一、耐腐蚀、耐老化的优点;二、力学性能好,抗震耐压,地面冻结可能会损坏混凝土沼气池,而玻璃钢沼气池盖具有一定的弹性和拉伸性,不会被冻土挤裂;三、保温性好,产气率高,玻璃钢材料的导热系数为1.42kg(m/h),混凝土的导热系数为5.44kg(m/h);四、本实用新型的沼气池具有成本低,安装方便,对生产工人专业技术要求较低,可因地制宜进行流动工厂式生产。

具体实施方式一:如图1~3所示,本实施方式的带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池由玻璃钢沼气池盖1、池体2组成,所述玻璃钢沼气池盖1的上端与池体2密闭连接。
具体实施方式二:如图1~3所示,本实施方式所述玻璃钢沼气池盖1上设有外沿4,池体2的上端设有与外沿4对应的凸台5,所述外沿4上均布设有四个通孔3,所述凸台5上固定设有连接件6,所述连接件6的数量与通孔3的数量一致,所述连接件6穿过通孔3将玻璃钢沼气池盖1和池体2固接在一起。如此设计,便于密封。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:如图1~3所示,本实施方式还包括导气管13,所述导气管13设置在玻璃钢沼气池盖1上,并与玻璃钢沼气池盖1连通。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式四:如图3所示,本实施方式还包括第一密封层7、第二密封层8,所述第一密封层7设置在外沿4和凸台5之间的里侧,第二密封层8设置在外沿4和凸台5之间。如此设计,提高沼气池的密封性。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。

1、一种带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池,其特征在于它包括玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)、池体(2),所述玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)的上端与池体(2)密闭连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池,其特征在于所述玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)上设有外沿(4),池体(2)的上端设有与外沿(4)对应的凸台(5),所述外沿(4)上均布设有至少两个通孔(3),所述凸台(5)上固定设有连接件(6),所述连接件(6)的数量与通孔(3)的数量一致,所述连接件(6)穿过通孔(3)将玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)和池体(2)固接在一起。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池,其特征在于它还包括导气管(13),所述导气管(13)设置在玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)上,并与玻璃钢沼气池盖(1)连通。
4、根据权利要求1所述的带有玻璃钢沼气池盖的沼气池,其特征在于它还包括第一密封层(7)、第二密封层(8),所述第一密封层(7)设置在外沿(4)和凸台(5)之间的里侧,第二密封层(8)设置在外沿(4)和凸台(5)之间。
