Abstract

本实用新型是一种多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐,它由多层保温预制件组装成圆球形、椭圆形或圆柱形罐体,由上、下两半部份扣合组装成罐体。上、下两部份相邻的制件块,由三、四、六或八块预制件块左右拼接,拼接面涂有粘合剂,并通过各预制件上所设的凸边及螺孔,用螺钉紧固连接拼装成整个罐体,罐体上设有密封盖和口。液式发酵罐上还另设有进料口和液料及出渣口;预制件的墙体由三层或五层组成。可实现成批工业化生产,便于运输,安装方便,使用寿命长。该罐保温性能好,冬季可连续产气。

多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及利用生物能源进行发酵,获取沼气的发酵池或发酵容器的技术领域,尤其涉及多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐。
二、背景技术
现有的农村沼气发酵池,无论是干式发酵或液体式发酵方式,其发酵池多采用地下挖坑,用砖砌成球形、圆柱形或正方形的发酵池,在其内壁用混凝土抹制成不漏水不漏气的承压池壁,虽然简单方便但保温效果差,特别是冬季气温较低的季节,使产气能力大大降低,针对这一缺陷,本实用新型设计了多层保温预制件组装成形的干、湿发酵罐不但可用于南方多采用的液体发酵,也适合北方采用的干料发酵工艺,采用工业化批量生产,将组件运达目的地后进行组装,便于运输,对建池场地要求不高,无论砂质土或石砾地均能建池,同时方便快捷,缩短工期,比整体浇铸沼气池缩短工期10-15天。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种,多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐,它的结构为球形、椭圆形、圆柱形罐体,由上下两部份罐体拼合而成,上半部的高度为整体的2/5,下半部份的高度为整体高度的3/5,上半部又由三、四、六或八块拼合构成,下半部也由三、四、六或八块拼合构成,在上、下两半部份的每个预制拼块的扣合处设有向外凸出的凸边,每块相对应的凸边上设有轴向孔,由螺钉将上下所对应的两块预制拼块连接,在上和下对应的两块相邻之间也设有径向孔和径向锁紧螺钉,其各块相拼接处的接缝面涂抹一层粘接剂,使其结合牢固达到水、气密闭,其中每块预制构件由三层或五层组成,三层结构是:内层由高强度混凝土制成,中层为保温轻质材料制成,外层为混凝土制成,五层结构是在前三层的基础上再增加矿渣和保温材料的混合物作填充材料,外层用普通混凝土作防护层共五层组成。采用三层结构,上下对应部份均应为三层结构;用五层结构上下对应部份均应为五层结构的预制件,干料发酵式罐,上半罐体的顶部设有进料口,由密封盖进行密封。液料发酵式罐,在其密封盖的下方还设有进料口,罐体另一方较进料口较低的位置设有出渣口,两个口的开口顶端需高于密封盖位置。
采用本技术方案的有益效果:能工业化批量生产,便于运输,组装方便,对场地要求不严,能缩短工期,适用于干湿两种发酵方式,保温性能好,冬季可连续产气,对农村利用生物能源,推广应用沼气有很大的促进作用,安装便捷,使用寿命长。

五、具体实施方式
下面对照附图对多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐的实施方式作详细说明:它由多层保温预制件组装成圆球形、椭圆形或圆柱形罐体,由上下两半部份扣合组装而成罐体,上半部预制件1的高度设为整个罐体的2/5,下半部份预制构件2的高度设为罐体的3/5;在上下两部份分别也由三、四、六或八块预制件拼合连接构成,在上下部份的每个预制块的扣合连接处设有向外凸出的凸边4,上下每块相对应的凸边设有轴向孔,由螺钉5将上下两块连接,在左、右对应的相邻两块预制件之间也可设凸边和螺孔与径向螺钉5,横向连接锁紧,在各块预制件相拼接处的接缝面设有一层粘合剂3,使其结合牢固达到水气密闭。其中,每块预制构件由三层或五层不同材质构成,三层结构是:内层9由高强度混凝土制成,中层10由轻质保温材料制成,外层13为普通混凝土制成,五层结构是在前述三层的基础上增加中外层11和第二保温层12。为了适应两种不同物料的发酵方式,其结构有所增减,干式发酵罐除上半部的顶部设有密封盖和口8,密封口也作为进料口;液料式发酵罐,在其密封盖和口8下方的罐体上还设有进料口6,还兼作液料及出渣口,进料口的开口顶端,应高于密封盖和口8的水平位置。

Claims (4)

1、一种多层保温预制件组装成的干湿发酵沼气罐,其特征在于:它由多层保温预制件组装成圆球形、长椭圆形或圆柱形罐体,由上、下两半部份扣合组装成的罐体,上半部预制件(1)由三、四、六或八块预制件拼接构成,下半部份预制件(2)也由三、四、六或八块拼合连接构成,在上、下部份的每个预制块的扣合连接处设有向外凸出的凸边(4),每块相对应的凸边上设有轴向孔,由螺钉(5)将上、下两块连接,在左和右相邻两块预制件之间也可设凸边和螺孔由径向螺钉(5),横向连接锁紧,在各块预制件相拼接处的接缝面设有一层粘合剂(3),在发酵罐的顶部设有密封盖和口(8)干式发酵罐密封口也作为进料口。
2、按权利要求1的多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐,其特征在于:灌体上半部的高度为整个罐体的2/5,下半部的高度为整个罐体的3/5。
3、按权利要求1的多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐,其特征在于:液料式发酵罐在其密封盖和口(8)下方的罐体上还设有进料口(6),还兼作于液料和残渣的出口,进料的开口顶端,应高于密封盖和口(8)的水平位置。
4、按权利要求1的多层保温预制件组装成的干、湿发酵沼气罐,其特征在于:每块预制构件由三层或五层不同材质构成,三层结构由内层(9)用高强度混凝土制成,中层(10)由轻质保温材料制成,外层(13)为普通混凝土制成,五层结构是在前述三层之上增加中外层(11)和第二保温层(12)组成。
