Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种汽车灯具减振垫，其特征是：包括一组安装在灯壳上并与车体钣金配合安装的减振垫，该减振垫由设在上部、带有安装孔与车体钣金接触的金属垫片和设在下部、带有相应安装孔的EPDM橡胶压塑而成。本实用新型具有结构简单，装配方便的特点，可有效减轻汽车灯具在行驶过程中所受到的振动，延长灯具的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车灯具减振垫，属于灯具制造类技术领域。
背景技术
汽车在行驶过程中及怠速状态下灯具均经受着不同程度的振动，特别是在路况较差的情况下，灯具所承受的振动尤为强烈；再者，由于汽车的大型钣金件往往存在较大的制造误差，这样安装灯具时会出现阶差，导致灯具安装到车体钣金上各个安装点受力不均。当有强烈的振动时，常常引起灯具的损坏或灯泡灯丝损坏，造成灯具不亮或脱落，失去功能，给行车安全带来隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决目前汽车灯具存在的减振效果不好，易损坏等问题，提供了一种结构简单、装配方便的汽车灯具减振垫。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：一种汽车灯具减振垫，包括一组安装在灯壳上并与车体钣金配合安装的减振垫，该减振垫由设在上部、带有安装孔的金属垫片和设在下部、带有相应安装孔的EPDM橡胶压塑而成，安装时，金属垫片部分与车体钣金接触，EPDM橡胶部分与塑料灯壳接触。金属垫片与车体钣金接触，可以保证安装面的强度，保证灯具安装牢固。而EPDM橡胶具有良好的弹性，安装时其压缩弹性可减小安装阶差造成的安装点受力不均的情况，进而使车体传导在灯体上的震动缓解、抵消或吸收，从而达到减振效果。为了保证安装精度，可在EPDM橡胶面上粘贴丁基双面胶，将减振垫固定在灯壳上。
本实用新型结构简单，装配方便，既可以保证灯具安装牢固，又可以有效消除由于安装阶差造成的灯具安装点受力不均的情况，使车体传导在灯体上的震动缓解、抵消或吸收，达到良好的减振效果，延长灯具的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示，本实用新型包括安装在灯壳1上的一组减振垫，该减振垫由设在上部的金属垫片2与设在下部的EPDM橡胶3压塑成一体。安装时，金属垫片2与车体钣金接触。减振垫通过粘贴在EPDM橡胶面上的丁基双面胶4固定在塑料灯壳1上。
使用时揭去双面胶上的隔离纸，将减振垫粘贴在灯壳安装点处。EPDM橡胶的压缩弹性减小了安装阶差造成的安装点受力不均，进而使车体传导在灯体上的震动缓解、抵消或吸收，从而达到减振效果。

1、一种汽车灯具减振垫，其特征是：包括一组安装在灯壳上并与车体钣金配合安装的减振垫，该减振垫由设在上部、带有安装孔与车体钣金接触的金属垫片和设在下部、带有相应安装孔的EPDM橡胶压塑而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车灯具减振垫，其特征是：所述减振垫通过丁基胶固定在塑料灯壳上。
