Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种保温性能好、便于现场施工的建筑物外墙保温装饰板，该外墙保温装饰板包括方形保温板和半包围覆盖在保温板上的墙面层，在保温板的侧面设有凹槽；其中保温板可采用聚氨酯硬泡板或聚苯乙烯板；墙面层可采用铝板。本实用新型在干挂过程中能使保温板与铝合金龙骨形成配合，方便了干挂施工过程，提高了干挂施工质量；墙面层半包围覆盖保温板的结构，一方面提高了外墙的保温性能，另一方面起到骨架加强作用，可使墙面层长期保持平整不变型；墙面层上还可涂有装饰面层，使保温板又具有装饰作用。

本实用新型属于建筑材料领域，涉及一种建筑物外墙板材，尤其涉及一种外墙保温装饰板。
背景技术
外墙装饰材料是一种最基本的建筑材料。随着经济和技术的不断发展，对建筑装饰也提出了新的要求，各种功能性建材不断涌现，保温装饰外墙也层出不穷。目前，外墙保温装饰板材的种类很多，但大多外墙保温装饰板材是由保温层、增强层及表面装饰涂层复合而成的长方形或正方形复合板。由于建筑业中的外墙是以龙骨干挂的方式固定在墙体上，简单的长方形或正方形复合板，使外墙干挂现场施工很不方便，也给干挂施工质量的控制带来很大的难度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种保温性能好、便于现场施工的建筑物外墙保温装饰板。
本实用新型的外墙保温装饰板，包括方形保温板和半包围覆盖在保温板上的墙面层，保温板的侧面设有凹槽。保温板可采用聚氨酯硬泡板或聚苯乙烯板；墙面层可采用铝板。
为了使保温板同时具有装饰作用，在墙面层上还可涂有装饰面层。装饰面层可不同需要采用真石漆、金属漆、氟碳漆等进行涂面。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、保温板的侧面设置了凹槽，使保温板在干挂过程中能与龙骨形成配合，方便了干挂施工过程，提高了干挂施工质量。
2、墙面层半包围覆盖保温板的结构，一方面使保温板形成隔热断桥，提高了外墙的保温性能，另一方面起到骨架加强作用，可使墙面层长期保持平整不变型；墙面层上涂有装饰面层，使保温板又具有装饰作用。
3、墙面层采用薄铝板，使得保温板材的质量轻、成本低。

具体实施方式
一种外墙保温装饰板，包括方形保温板1和半包围覆盖保温板1上的墙面层2，其中保温板为厚度30～90mm的聚氨酯硬泡板或聚苯乙烯板，墙面层2为厚度是0.1～0.9mm的铝板。在保温板1的侧面四周设有宽5～10mm的凹槽3；在墙面层2上采用真石漆、金属漆或氟碳漆涂有装饰面层4。
生产时，聚氨酯硬泡或聚苯乙烯保温板一次性模具发泡成型，墙面层铝板可作为隔离层，在发泡成型过程中和聚氨酯板材牢固地粘到了一起；装饰面涂层可采用一些常规的喷涂设备和工艺，覆涂于铝板隔离层的单面上，并用粘膜或纸做饰面层保护。

1、一种外墙保温装饰板，包括方形保温板(1)和覆盖在保温板(1)上的墙面层(2)，其特征在于：所述保温板(1)的侧面设有凹槽(3)；所述墙面层(2)半包围覆盖保温板(1)。
2、如权利要求1所述外墙保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述墙面层(2)上涂有装饰面层(4)。
