本实用新型提供了一种保温性能好、轻质、性能稳定、成本低廉的建筑物外墙保温装饰复合板,包括保温层、隔离层及装饰面涂层,由于保温层采用难燃的聚氨酯发泡而成,其保温性能好,质量轻,化学结构稳定,不易变型,起保温和铝饰板的骨架加强作用,可使饰面长期保持平整不变型;隔离层采用厚度为0.1~0.9mm的铝板,使得保温板材的质量轻、成本低。

本实用新型属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种建筑物外墙装饰复合材料,具体涉及一种建筑物外墙保温装饰复合板。
背景技术
外墙装饰是建筑行业中一项重要的工程,外墙装饰材料也成为一种最基本的建筑材料。随着经济和技术的不断发展,对建筑装饰也提出了新的要求,各种功能性建材不断涌现,保温装饰外墙也层出不群。目前,外墙保温装饰板材的种类很多,但大多外墙保温装饰板材是由保温层、增强层及表面装饰涂层复合而成,其中保温层大多采用发泡聚苯乙烯,保温性能较差,且自身强度较不高,需要玻璃丝网布,或纲丝网增加强度,然后才能抹灰找平,工序多,装饰多用玻璃幕墙、干挂石材,由于固定方式成本高,保温性能差,高空存在着潜在的危险,国家限制使用。现在用的铝塑板由于板面时间长后变型严重,也限制了它的使用范围。
目前建筑业中的外墙装饰主要采用先用固定件将绝热保温板固定在墙体上,然后再用玻璃丝网布或钢网加强,再抹灰做外保护层,最后再做装饰面层的施工方法,而且施工多是手工操做,现场施工工序繁多,质量控制难度大;施工后既使暂时没有问题,时间长了也容易出现部分脱落,起包等现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种保温性能好、轻质、性能稳定、成本低廉的建筑物外墙保温装饰复合板。
本实用新型的外墙保温装饰复合板,包括保温层、隔离层及装饰面涂层,其中隔离层为厚度为0.1~0.9mm的铝板,保温层为厚度30~90mm的聚氨酯硬泡板;装饰面涂层可以为真石漆、金属漆、氟碳漆中的任何一种。
由于保温层采用难燃的聚氨酯发泡而成,其保温性能好,质量轻,化学结构稳定,不易变型,起保温和铝饰板的骨架加强作用,可使饰面长期保持平整不变型;隔离层采用薄铝板,使得保温板材的质量轻、成本低。

具体实施方式
一种外墙保温装饰复合板,包括保温层(1)、隔离层(2)及装饰面涂层(3),其中保温层为厚度30~90mm的聚氨酯硬泡板,隔离层为厚度为0.1~0.9mm的铝板,在聚氨酯硬泡保温板的连续生产线上用铝板做隔离层,铝板就和聚氨酯板材牢固地粘到了一起隔离层与保温层粘接在一起;装饰面涂层可根据不同需要采用真石漆、金属漆、氟碳漆等,这些装饰面涂层可采用一些常规的喷设备和工艺,覆涂于铝板隔离层的单面上,并用粘膜或纸做饰面层保护。为了便于施工,保证施工质量,复合板的预制厚度比施工设计要求的厚度少10mm。

1.一种聚氨酯外墙保温装饰复合板,包括保温层、隔离层及装饰面涂层,其特征在于:所述隔离层为厚度为0.1~0.9mm的铝板,所述保温层为厚度30~90mm的聚氨酯硬泡板。
