本实用新型涉及复合布技术领域，特别涉及一种颗粒活性碳复合布，其包括两层布，两层布之间设有活性碳夹层，活性碳夹层由颗粒活性碳构成，颗粒活性碳之间通过热熔胶热粘结在一起，布与活性碳夹层通过热熔胶热粘结在一起，布为无纺布，以热熔胶作为粘结剂不会破坏活性碳原有的微多孔特性，粘结度好，可以粘结较多的颗粒活性碳，除异味能力强；作为粘结剂的热熔胶为固体胶，比较环保。

背景技术：
活性碳复合布作为活性炭与布复合型的过滤介质，在既能过滤空气中颗粒粉尘的同时，又能去除异味及有毒气体，因而被用于空调冷气、汽车空调的过滤器中。现有的活性碳复合布，一般通过胶水将活性碳粉粘在布上，用胶水混合后的产品，在混合中活性碳已吸收了胶水，把活性碳之多孔材质塞着，破坏原有特性，其净化功能已被降低；并且活性碳比率含量少，除异味能力差；含胶水较多，不环保。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种除异味能力强、环保的颗粒活性碳复合布。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种颗粒活性碳复合布，包括两层布，两层布之间设有活性碳夹层，活性碳夹层由颗粒活性碳构成，颗粒活性碳之间通过热熔胶热粘结在一起，布与活性碳夹层通过热熔胶热粘结在一起。
所述布为无纺布。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明，见附图1，一种颗粒活性碳复合布，包括两层布1，布1为无纺布，两层布1之间设有活性碳夹层2，活性碳夹层2由颗粒活性碳构成，颗粒活性碳之间通过热熔胶粉热粘结在一起，布1与活性碳夹层2通过热熔胶粉热粘结在一起。活性碳夹层按碳80％，热熔胶20％的体积比例配制。
布1其中有一层为涤纶长纤无纺布。
以热熔胶作为粘结剂不会破坏活性碳原有的微多孔特性，粘结度好，可以粘结较多的颗粒活性碳，除异味能力强；作为粘结剂的热熔胶为固体胶，比较环保。

1、一种颗粒活性碳复合布，包括两层布(1)，其特征在于：两层布(1)之间设有活性碳夹层(2)，活性碳夹层(2)由颗粒活性碳构成，颗粒活性碳之间通过热熔胶热粘结在一起，布(1)与活性碳夹层(2)通过热熔胶热粘结在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种颗粒活性碳复合布，其特征在于：所述布(1)为无纺布。
