背景技术：
布制成的过滤介质，能在保持透气性的同时过滤空气中颗粒粉尘，因而被用于空调冷气、汽车空调的过滤器中。现有的布制成的复合布，其通过胶水将网格状塑胶网粘合在两层布之间，这种复合布透气性好，还能有效地过滤空气中颗粒粉尘，但是不能去除空气中的异味和有毒气体。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种能去除空气中的异味和有毒气体的具有网格状夹层的复合布。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种具有网格状夹层的复合布，包括两层布，两层布之间夹有网格状塑胶网，塑胶网上通过粘结剂粘结有多颗颗粒活性碳，塑胶网与布通过粘结剂粘合。
所述布为无纺布。
所述塑胶网为内六角尼龙网。
本实用新型有益效果为：本实用新型包括两层布，两层布之间夹有网格状塑胶网，塑胶网上通过粘结剂粘结有多颗颗粒活性碳，塑胶网与布通过粘结剂粘合，塑胶网上粘结的颗粒活性碳可以有效地去除空气中的异味和有毒气体。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明，见附图1，一种具有网格状夹层的复合布，包括两层布1，布1为无纺布，两层布1之间夹有网格状塑胶网2，塑胶网2为内六角尼龙网，塑胶网2上通过粘结剂粘结有多颗颗粒活性碳3，塑胶网2的网孔比颗粒活性碳3大很多，颗粒活性碳3均匀分布在塑胶网2的网孔周边上，塑胶网2与布1通过粘结剂粘合。
粘结剂为胶水，塑胶网2在浸满胶水后撒上颗粒活性碳3，使颗粒活性碳3粘在塑胶网2上，再将塑胶网2与布1粘合在一起。塑胶网2上粘结的颗粒活性碳3可以有效地去除空气中的异味和有毒气体，同时也具有良好的透气性。

1、一种具有网格状夹层的复合布，包括两层布(1)，其特征在于：两层布(1)之间夹有网格状塑胶网(2)，塑胶网(2)上通过粘结剂粘结有多颗颗粒活性碳(3)，塑胶网(2)与布(1)通过粘结剂粘合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有网格状夹层的复合布，其特征在于：所述布(1)为无纺布。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种具有网格状夹层的复合布，其特征在于：所述塑胶网(2)为内六角尼龙网。
