Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种纤维板的贴面木地板。旨在提供一种价格低廉、制造方便、使用原木少、质量好的纤维板的贴面木地板。它包括表板、芯板、底板经粘合剂依次胶合在一起，其特征在于芯板是由纤维板制成的。该地板基本保持了原来实木复合地板的使用性能，外形美观，价格更低廉，为扩大纤维板的进一步使用，保护森林资源和生态环境起到积极的作用。

本实用新型涉及一种木地板，特别涉及一种用纤维板作为芯板制成的贴面木地板。
背景技术
现在市场上销售的木地板大多是实木地板、实木复合地板，实木地板由于要消耗大量完整优质的原木，木材利用率低且价格较高，而实木复合地板可以根据使用的功能，在地板的表面粘合高档、坚硬材质的薄片木料，在底下可以使用一般材质的木材，这样的地板在用材上比较科学、经济。但毕竟还是使用了一定量的原木，而且由于材质的不同，在不同的温度下它们的线胀系数及内应力也不同，因此在复合地板制造完成后还会发生变形，而一般复合地板有0.8-1.5米长，因此累积叠加的变形会十分大，使得地板发生翘曲，甚至表板和底板产生脱胶而分离，影响美观和使用性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了现有产品中存在的缺点，提供一种价格低廉、制造方便、使用原木少、外形美观、质量好的纤维板的贴面木地板。
为了达到上述要求，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：包括表板、芯板、底板经粘合剂依次胶合在一起，其特征在于芯板是由纤维板制成的。
纤维板是将木材或植物纤维经机械分离和化学处理手段，用粘合剂和(或)添加剂，再经高温、高压成型制成的一种人造板材。具有材质均匀、纵横强度差小、不易开裂、价格低等优点。根据上述方案制造的纤维板的贴面木地板基本保持了原来实木复合地板的使用性能，外形美观，价格更低廉，为扩大纤维板的进一步使用，保护森林资源和生态环境起到积极的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
从图中看出，它包括表板1、芯板2、底板3，通过粘合剂依次胶合为一体，制成木结构板4，而芯板2是中密度纤维板或高密度纤维板制成的，在纤维板中可掺入防水剂。在木结构板4的长边和/或短边的两侧面分别开有可相互拼接的榫槽5或榫舌6。再在表板1的上表面涂上油漆7。而表板1是由优质的名贵树种胡桃木或柚木或枫木或樱桃木等的优质木材制成。底板3是由普通木材的单板制成。在表板1和用纤维板制成的芯板2之间还可以粘有多层板8，以增加地板的强度。
Claims (7)
1. 纤维板的贴面木地板，包括表板、芯板、底板经粘合剂依次胶合在一起，其特征在于芯板是由纤维板制成的。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维板的贴面木地板，其特征在于所述的纤维板是中密度纤维板或高密度纤维板。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维板的贴面木地板，其特征在于所述的纤维板中掺入防水剂。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维板的贴面木地板，其特征在于在表板和芯板之间还粘有多层板。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维板的贴面木地板，其特征在于在其长边和/或短边的两侧面分别开有相互拼接的榫槽或榫舌。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维板的贴面木地板，其特征是所述的表板是由名贵树种的优质木材制成。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的纤维板的贴面木地板，其特征是所述的表板上表面涂有油漆。
