Abstract
本实用新型是一种芯板为HDF的结构地板。旨在提供一种价格低廉、制造方便、使用原木少、外形美观、质量好的芯板为HDF的结构地板。它包括最上面的表板，依次向下是芯板、底板，各板相互间经胶粘剂胶合成地板毛坯，在地板毛坯的侧面制有相互拼接的企口，而芯板是由两张HDF板中间夹有至少一层木纤维方向与表板的木纤维方向相同的顺向纹理的木板组成。该地板基本保持了原来实木复合地板的使用性能，芯板采用顺向纹理的木板，使得整块地板在长度方向的刚性更好，在裁边、开槽中不会发生木纤维撕裂、剥落、毛刺、企口变形的现象，地板相互间的拼接质量好、强度高。使用HDF板对提高木材的利用率、保护森林资源和生态环境起到积极的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种木地板，特别涉及一种芯板为HDF的结构地板。
背景技术
现在市场上销售的木地板大多是实木地板、实木复合地板，实木地板由于要消耗大量完整优质的原木，木材利用率低且价格较高，而实木复合地板可以根据使用的功能，在地板的表面粘合高档、坚硬材质的薄片木料，在底下可以使用一般材质的木材，这样的地板在用材上比较科学、经济。但毕竟还是使用了一定量的原木，而且由于材质的不同，在不同的温度下它们的线胀系数及内应力也不同，因此在复合地板制造完成后还会发生变形，而一般复合地板有0.8-1.5米长，因此累积叠加的变形会十分大，使得地板发生翘曲，甚至表板和底板产生脱胶而分离，影响美观和使用性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了现有产品中存在的缺点，提供一种价格低廉、制造方便、使用原木少、外形美观、质量好的芯板为HDF的结构地板。
为了达到上述要求，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：它包括最上面的表板，依次向下是芯板、底板，各板相互间经胶粘剂胶合成地板毛坯，在地板毛坯的侧面制有相互拼接的企口，其特征是所述的芯板是由两张HDF板中间夹有至少一层木纤维方向与表板的木纤维方向相同的顺向纹理的木板组成。
HDF板是高密度纤维板的简称，它是将木材或植物纤维经机械分离和化学手段处理，用粘合剂和(或)添加剂，再经高温、高压成型制成的一种人造板材。具有材质均匀、纵横强度差小、不易开裂、价格低等优点。根据上述方案制造的芯板为HDF的结构地板，基本保持了原来实木复合地板的使用性能，外形美观，芯板采用顺向纹理的木板，使得整块地板在长度方向的刚性更好(一般地板在长度方向与表板的木纤维方向相同)，在裁边、开槽中不会发生木纤维撕裂、剥落、毛刺、企口变形的现象，地板相互间的拼接质量好、强度高。使用HDF板对提高木材的利用率、保护森林资源和生态环境起到积极的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
从图中看出，它包括最上面的表板1，依次向下是芯板2、底板3，各板相互间经胶粘剂胶合成地板毛坯，在地板毛坯的侧面制有相互拼接的企口4。其中表板1的厚度在0.2毫米及以上，如0.25毫米、0.3毫米、0.4毫米等，是由优质的名贵树种如胡桃木或柚木或枫木或樱桃木等的优质木材制成。芯板2是由两张HDF板5中间夹有一层或两层木纤维方向与表板1的木纤维方向相同的顺向纹理的木板6胶合而成。HDF板5的厚度一般在2至8毫米也可在8毫米以上，如3毫米、4毫米、5毫米、10毫米等。根据要求在表板1的上表面涂有油漆。
Claims (5)
1、芯板为HDF的结构地板，它包括最上面的表板，依次向下是芯板、底板，各板相互间经胶粘剂胶合成地板毛坯，在地板毛坯的侧面制有相互拼接的企口，其特征是所述的芯板是由两张HDF板中间夹有至少一层木纤维方向与表板的木纤维方向相同的顺向纹理的木板组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的芯板为HDF的结构地板，其特征在于所述的木板有一层或两层胶合而成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的芯板为HDF的结构地板，其特征是所述表板的上表面涂有油漆。
4、根据权利要求1所述的芯板为HDF的结构地板，其特征是所述HDF板的厚度在2毫米至8毫米或8毫米以上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的芯板为HDF的结构地板，其特征是所述表板的厚度在0.2毫米及以上。
