Abstract
一种新型建筑模板是由人造板作芯层、旋切单板作上下表层，将人造板和旋切单板施加有机胶粘剂后，经组坯，通过热压制成。芯层人造板是由速生林木、枝桠材、次小薪材、森林采伐三剩物等木质材料、或秸秆或竹材以及有机胶粘剂为原料所生产的刨花板、纤维板、秸秆人造板、竹质人造板等，表层是由经过筛选的圆木制成的旋切单板。该建筑模板根据其不同的厚度和强度要求，所用旋切单板是一层或多层。如此制成的建筑模板，强度高、省时、省材、成本低、效率高、用途广。

背景技术
目前国内使用的混凝土用胶合板均采用直径较大的原木旋切成单板，经涂胶叠加多层(一般是9层以上)，经热压成型后，按规定尺寸切割成板材。此方法的缺点是：需要大量的大直径的原木，不能使用次小薪材、枝桠材及森林采伐三剩物，浪费严重；而且在模板制造时，涂胶叠加组坯时间长、效率低、成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺点，使资源综合利用，加工省时、省材，生产效率高的新产品。
本实用新型的解决方案是：以人造板为芯层，旋切单板为上、下表层，涂胶粘剂后经热压制成基材，冷却后按模板规定尺寸要求加工成建筑模板。如此制成的建筑模板，生产原料使用由速生林木、森林间伐材、枝桠材、茨小薪材、森林采伐剩余物、造林剩余物、木材加工剩余物等木质材料或秸秆或竹材以及脲醛胶(UF)、脲醛改性胶(MUF)、酚醛树脂胶(PF)等所生产的刨花板、纤维板、秸秆人造板、竹质人造板等。表层是由经过筛选的圆木制成的旋切单板。
与传统建筑模板相比，用作芯层的人造板的生产，不会产生浪费。另外芯层使用人造板替代旋切单板，不仅大大缩小了板坯的成坯时间，还可减少热压时间40％以上，板子的厚度也容易控制，厚度偏差小，使模板可以进行贴面深加工。因此，本实用新型的建筑模板，省时、省材、强度高、成本低、效率高，是资源综合利用新产品。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本建筑模板由人造板(刨花板、纤维板、秸秆人造板、竹质人造板之一)作芯层1，由直径大于10厘米、长度1米以上的木材原料制成的旋切单板2，经烘干，含水率控制在4％～8％，然后将人造板1、旋切单板2经涂胶后，将旋切单板铺装在人造板芯层上下表面，经热压制成建筑模板基材，冷却后再按设计要求加工成建筑模板。根据对建筑模板厚度和强度的要求，平铺一层或多层人造板芯层1和平铺一层或多层旋切单板2，组坯成复合模板板坯，再送入压机热压成型。
采用资源综合利用产品人造板作芯层制成的建筑模板，省时、省材、强度高、成本低，、效率高，是资源综合利用新产品。可广泛用作各种要求的建筑模板。

1.一种新型建筑模板，其特征是：以人造板(1)作芯层，以旋切单板(2)作上下表层，各层涂胶粘剂，经热压制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑模板，其特征是：芯层人造板是纤维板、刨花板、秸秆人造板、竹质人造板之一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑模板，其特征是：表层旋切单板(2)是一层或多层。
