本实用新型涉及一种鞋垫,尤其是一种能够防臭、抗菌的保健鞋垫
背景技术
随着人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,尤其是对衣着鞋帽的品位和内在质量的要求越来越高,由此,目前市场上出现了各种各样的鞋垫,主要分为传统鞋垫和添加有药物的鞋垫。传统的鞋垫一般存在通透力差而极容易引起鞋臭,且容易滋生细菌,不利人们的健康;添加药物的鞋垫虽有防臭功能,但也存在因洗涤或使用时间过长而导致药物失效,从而丧失防臭抗菌功能,由此可能滋生更多的有害细菌而带来更严重的后果。还有其他的鞋垫,主要存在以下两个不足:1.以中药或液体浸渍鞋垫,由于有效成分的消耗导致实效性短暂,经常换鞋垫会给消费者带来费用负担和生活不便;2.有些药物鞋垫虽然实效性较长,但过高的表面有效成分浓度会导致脚部的不适,严重者会出现脚部积茧、溃疡等。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够长时间防臭而且抗菌的健康鞋垫,予从根本上解决鞋垫的防臭抗菌功能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种防臭抗菌鞋垫,包括表层和底层,表层为无纺布层,底层由含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材制成,表层和底层被粘合或被热压成一体。
一种防臭抗菌鞋垫,所述含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材为EVA切片。
本实用新型的防臭抗菌鞋垫,由于采用含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材,结构简单,因而能够提供长久的防臭抗菌功能,起到防霉、防臭及保护脚部健康的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1,一种防臭抗菌鞋垫,包括表层1和底层2,表层1为无纺布层,底层2由含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材制成,表层和底层被粘合或被热压成一体。
所述含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材的基础材料为EVA片。
上述的EVA片的主要生产方法是将各种原料,如塑胶料、硬脂酸、锌氧粉、填充剂、发泡剂、交联剂等,依适当的比例混合后装入自动进料机内,经压出机的加热融熔、输送、捏合混合及压出等过程,再经冷却及切料机切割后,制成EVA发泡混合原料;再经注塑成型机加热加压注塑成型,制成EVA片。原料也可以采用松香油,可提供加香祛味防臭作用。
上述的表层1也可以采用其它的织物代替无纺布层。
本实用新型的防臭抗菌鞋垫,经生产试用后证明,可以有效预防和消除异味、抑制脚气,不伤害皮肤,并且可以有效促进人体脚部微循环,增强免疫力;能够提供长久的防臭抗菌功能,起到防霉、防臭及保护脚部健康的作用,广泛适用于有脚臭、脚汗、脚癣的人,无毒无副作用。

1、一种防臭抗菌鞋垫,包括表层和底层,其特征在于:表层为无纺布层,底层由含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材制成,表层和底层被粘合或被热压成一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种防臭抗菌鞋垫,其特征在于:所述含抗菌防臭材料的鞋材为EVA切片。
