人体脚掌有二十五万多祭汗腺,加之被袜子和鞋子覆盖。脚掌夏易出汗。刚排出的汗液呈酸性。如果汗液未及时干燥。其中含有的尿素分解会产生氨。从而使皮肤表面呈中性或蹶性。一般细菌喜好中性偏碱性的环境。因此市面上出现了抗菌吸湿除臭的多功能鞋垫。
目前,公开号为CN108851340A的中国专利公开了一种弹性抗菌鞋垫,包括基材层、发泡层和疏水层,发泡层位于基材层的上表面,疏水层位于发泡层的上表面;基材层的下表面向内凹陷形成凹孔,凹孔包括若干个小凹孔和位于小凹孔外围的大凹孔;发泡层设有若干个中药容纳腔,且相邻中药容纳腔之间的间距相等,中药容纳腔内填充中药。
这种鞋垫具有一定的吸汗杀菌除臭的功效,使鞋子内部干净清爽,但是仍然存在着抗菌功能性差,除臭作用时间短,使用寿命短等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫。
技术效果:喷设有抗菌吸汗液,同时具有透气功能,鞋垫的PU泡棉层由石墨烯微片、活性炭发泡、橡胶粉、黑料、水、二乙醇胺、一乙醇胺等组成,能带来防臭、抗菌、弹力、减震和防滑等舒适感受,增加了脚后跟与鞋垫的接触面积,提高鞋垫穿着的舒适度,使鞋垫具有抗疲劳功能,此外,可进一步地提高鞋垫的舒适度及使用寿命。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,鞋垫本体包括由上至下依次设置的透气网布面料层、海绵层和PU发泡层,透气网布面料层与海绵层之间设有吸湿透气层,吸湿透气层包括与透气网布面料层接触的吸湿顶层、与海绵层接触的抗菌底层以及位于二者之间的中间垫层,所述吸湿顶层由混纺纱织造而成,所述混纺纱由菠萝纤维、甲壳质纤维和棉纱混纺而成,所述中间垫层由除臭EVA层、抗菌剂和中底布制成,抗菌底层由抗菌涤纶、远红外涤纶和羊绒混纺织造而成。
进一步的,混纺纱包括
棉纱58%~62%;
菠萝纤维25%~28%;
甲壳质纤维10%~17%;
混纺纱线的特数为58tex或48tex或36tex。

上述三种负离子的质量份数分别为
纳米氧化锌 0.8~1.5份
纳米二氧化钛 1~2份
复合银离子 0.2~0.5份。
前所述的一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫,中间垫层的制作工艺为
S1:备料,取定量EVA材料,加入纳米抗菌剂,混合制得乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物发泡物;
S2:取定量电气石粉与防腐杀菌剂,加入汽油胶浆,涂抹在中底布上并刮平,置于40~45℃的条件下烘干;
S3:取定量α-溴代肉桂醛溶剂,加入S1中制得的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物发泡物中混炼并转移至模具中成型干燥,得到除臭EVA层;
S4:将S2中所得的中底布胶粘于除臭EVA层两面,于70~85℃条件下烘干固定,得到中间垫层的半成品;
S5:将所得的中间垫层半成品切割为指定鞋垫的尺寸和形状,得到中间垫层成品。

前所述的一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫,鞋垫本体的制作方法为
S1:用特制模具将PU原材料冲压裁剪成本体凹槽形状,鞋垫足跟部相对于足掌部增加60%的厚度;
S2:将制得的透气网布面料层、吸湿透气层、海绵层和PU发泡层依次贴合,并通过环保胶水粘接固定;
S3:将S2中粘接固定好的鞋垫置于烘干箱内烘干,烘干温度为160~170℃,得到鞋垫成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中,透气网布面料层直接接触用户的足部,能够提升鞋垫的透气性和舒适度,吸湿透气层的设置能够在用户穿鞋时对足部的汗水进行吸附,提升鞋垫的吸水止汗能力,同时通过依附于其上的负离子能够保证鞋垫滑爽透气,同时能够抑制真菌、细菌的生长,达到抗菌防臭的目的,还能够调节生理机能,减少对人体皮肤刺激,防止老化并达到疗伤的功效,由抗菌涤纶、远红外涤纶和羊绒制成的抗菌底层能够在提升抗菌性能的同时提高鞋垫的保温能力,对足底进行保暖加热,促进人体健康;
(2)本发明中,混纺纱由菠萝纤维和甲壳质纤维混纺,继承了甲壳质纤维具备的抗菌消炎、止血镇痛、促进体液免疫和细胞免疫的作用,也具备了菠萝纤维柔软透气、抗菌防臭的效果,且二者皆为天然纤维,是丰富的有机再生资源,易降解,应用更为环保,生物相容性好;
(3)本发明中,中间垫层由除臭EVA层、抗菌剂和中底布制成,能够利用抗菌剂中含有的纳米氧化锌负离子、纳米二氧化钛负离子和复合银离子的抑菌效果对鞋垫中产生的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌等细菌或真菌进行灭杀,且负离子所含有的远红外辐射能力也能够起到杀死或抑制细菌分裂的作用,加上EVA材料良好的吸湿性能,保证了鞋垫的抑菌吸湿性能,能永久释放羟基负离子,提升了鞋垫对细菌、真菌的灭杀效果;
(4)本发明中,中底布中添加的α-溴代肉桂醛溶剂和电气石粉能够作为广谱杀菌剂和防腐剂使用,进一步提升了鞋垫的抗菌抑菌性能,用此种布料裁剪制成的鞋垫不仅拥有优异的抗菌、除臭功能,同时由于石墨烯微片与布料大分子间是化学键链接,不易脱落流失,且耐洗涤。特制的凹槽设计很前底后高的设计也增加本体足根部包裹性以及弹性,提升整体舒适性。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供的一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫,结构如图1所示,包括构成鞋垫本体的足掌部8、足跟部6、足弓段1、鞋垫凹槽3、弹性泡沫层4、和足弓底面7。
如图1所示,鞋垫的足弓表面设置有一定坡度,并向前延伸至足掌部,能够承托足弓,舒缓足部疲劳及痛症,所述后跟窝形设置在所述软垫的上表面后跟边缘呈U形的位置,增加了脚后跟与鞋垫的接触面积,提高鞋垫穿着的舒适度,使鞋垫具有抗疲劳功能,此外,可进一步地提高鞋垫的舒适度及使用寿命。
其中,鞋垫本体由由上至下依次设置的透气网布面料层、吸湿透气层、海绵层和PU发泡层贴合粘接形成。吸湿透气层包括与透气网布面料层接触的吸湿顶层、与海绵层接触的抗菌底层以及位于二者之间的中间垫层。
透气网布面料层直接接触用户的足部,提升了鞋垫的透气性和舒适度,吸湿透气层的设置则在用户穿鞋时对足部的汗水进行吸附,提升了鞋垫的吸水止汗能力,保证鞋垫滑爽透气,还能抑制真菌、细菌的生长,达到抗菌防臭的目的。
透气网布面料层采用现有的透气面料制成,详情可参见公开号为CN108454183A或CN206744704U的中国专利中公开的透气网布和透气面料。
上述吸湿顶层由混纺纱织造而成,而混纺纱由菠萝纤维、甲壳质纤维和棉纱混纺而成。上述中间垫层由硅胶、硅藻土和抑菌药剂制成,抗菌底层由抗菌涤纶、远红外涤纶和羊绒混纺织造而成。
上述混纺纱的各项构成配比为:
棉纱58%~62%;
菠萝纤维25%~28%;
甲壳质纤维10%~17%;
混纺纱线的特数为58tex或48tex或36tex。
菠萝纤维是从菠萝叶片中提取的天然纤维,具有丰富的维生素C,自身具备良好的抗菌防臭性能和爽滑吸湿透气的优点,对预防和减轻脚气具有优良的效果。
而甲壳质纤维则是从虾蟹昆虫等甲壳类动物的外壳以及菌类、藻类的细胞壁中提炼出的动物纤维纺织品,它的分子结构中带有不饱和的阳离子基团,因而对类似真菌、细菌等带负电荷的各类有害物质具有强大的吸附作用,其对人体受损的皮肤细胞具有很强的修复和活化功效,是天然的抗菌面料。
甲壳质纤维吸附细菌、真菌等有害物质后,能够在菠萝纤维富含的维生素C辅助下灭杀细菌和真菌,而本身具备的亲水性和吸湿性则能够保证鞋垫的干爽。由于甲壳质纤维的生产成本较高,因此搭配棉纱和菠萝纤维也能够在保证杀菌性能的前提下降低整体的生产成本,便于批量生产。
前述的中间垫层中,抑菌剂的配方为

其中,纳米抗菌剂包含有纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛和复合银离子;
防腐杀菌剂为α-溴代肉桂醛溶剂;
胶粘溶剂为汽油胶浆;
上述三种负离子的份数分别为
纳米氧化锌 0.8~1.5份
纳米二氧化钛 1~2份
复合银离子 0.2~0.5份。
纳米氧化锌(Zn0)具备具有抗红外、紫外和杀菌的功能,已被广泛应用于防晒型化妆品、抗菌防臭和抗紫外线的新型功能纤维等产品中,具有良好的抑菌抗菌性能,且对人体无害。
纳米二氧化钛对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、牙枝菌和曲霉的杀灭率均达到98%以上,能够有效杀灭等等有害细菌,且无毒无害,应用于鞋垫中能够明显增强其抗菌性能。
复合银离子即银离子抗菌剂,能够有效影响微生物的生长、繁殖以致死亡。也就是抑制微生物的生长、繁殖或杀死微生物的作用。银离子抗菌剂作用机理有以下几个方面:
1、干扰细胞壁的合成。细菌细胞壁重要组分为肽聚糖,银离子抗菌剂对细胞壁的干扰作用,主要抑制多糖链与四肽交联有连结,从而使细胞壁失去完整性,失去了对渗透压的保护作用,损害菌体而死亡。
2、可损伤细胞膜。细胞膜是细菌细胞生命活动重要的组成部分。因此,如细胞膜受损伤、破坏,将导致细菌死亡。
3、抑制蛋白质的合成。蛋白质的合成过程变更、停止、使细菌死亡。
4、干扰核酸的合成。总的说是阻碍遗传信息的复制,包括DNA、RNA的合成,以及DNA模板转录mRNA等。
由于银的杀菌能力很强,又对人畜无任何伤害,因此广泛用于杀菌产品的制备,应用在鞋垫上也能够极大程度上增强其抗菌性能。
前述的中间垫层的制作工艺为
S1:备料,取定量EVA材料,加入纳米抗菌剂,混合制得乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物发泡物;
S2:取定量电气石粉与防腐杀菌剂,加入汽油胶浆,涂抹在中底布上并刮平,置于40~45℃的条件下烘干;
S3:取定量α-溴代肉桂醛溶剂,加入S1中制得的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物发泡物中混炼并转移至模具中成型干燥,得到除臭EVA层;
S4:将S2中所得的中底布胶粘于除臭EVA层两面,于70~85℃条件下烘干固定,得到中间垫层的半成品;
S5:将所得的中间垫层半成品切割为指定鞋垫的尺寸和形状,得到中间垫层成品。
前述的PU发泡层由以下材料制成

鞋垫本体的制作方法为

得到鞋垫成品后,根据QB/T 2881-2013《鞋类和鞋类部件抗菌性能技术条件》中记载的方法来测定不同配比的实施例中鞋垫的抗菌性能,测试时间为24h。

从上表中可以看出,中间垫层中甲壳质纤维和菠萝纤维含量越高,则抗菌效果越强;纳米抗菌剂和防腐杀菌剂含量越高,则抗菌效果越强;PU发泡层中一乙醇胺与二乙醇胺含量越高,抗菌性能越强。
本发明能够提升鞋垫的透气性和舒适度,吸湿透气层的设置能够在用户穿鞋时对足部的汗水进行吸附,提升鞋垫的吸水止汗能力,保证鞋垫滑爽透气,同时能够抑制真菌、细菌的生长,达到抗菌防臭的目的,还能够调节生理机能,减少对人体皮肤刺激,防止老化并达到疗伤的功效。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,鞋垫本体包括由上至下依次设置的透气网布面料层、海绵层和PU发泡层,其特征在于:所述透气网布面料层与海绵层之间设有吸湿透气层,吸湿透气层包括与透气网布面料层接触的吸湿顶层、与海绵层接触的抗菌底层以及位于二者之间的中间垫层,所述吸湿顶层由混纺纱织造而成,所述混纺纱由菠萝纤维、甲壳质纤维和棉纱混纺而成,所述中间垫层由除臭EVA层、抗菌剂和中底布制成,抗菌底层由抗菌涤纶、远红外涤纶和羊绒混纺织造而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防臭的舒适弹力功能鞋垫,其特征在于:所述混纺纱包括
棉纱58%~62%;
菠萝纤维25%~28%;
甲壳质纤维10%~17%;
混纺纱线的特数为58tex或48tex或36tex。

S2:取定量电气石粉与防腐杀菌剂,加入汽油胶浆,涂抹在中底布上并刮平,置于40~45℃的条件下烘干;
S3:取定量α-溴代肉桂醛溶剂,加入S1中制得的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物发泡物中混炼并转移至模具中成型干燥,得到除臭EVA层;
S4:将S2中所得的中底布胶粘于除臭EVA层两面,于70~85℃条件下烘干固定,得到中间垫层的半成品;
S5:将所得的中间垫层半成品切割为指定鞋垫的尺寸和形状,得到中间垫层成品。
