技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋垫，特别涉及一种具有除臭、除脚气效果好的保健鞋垫。
背景技术
如今随着人们的生活节奏日见加快、工作愈加繁忙，人们也越来越注重自我保健。脚部是人身非常重要的部分，其上密布着丰富的毛细血管和重要的穴位，对脚部的保健理疗可消除周身疲劳。由于脚部运动量大、出汗较多，极易感染上各类皮肤病，如脚气、脚汗、脚臭是日常生活中常见的病症，是由真菌感染而引起的皮肤病，给人们日常生活带来诸多不便。特别是脚臭，在室内脱鞋会污染室内空气，给自己或家人带来烦恼。目前，使用的普通鞋垫如布垫、胶垫、皮垫易滋生皮肤病，现有的保健鞋垫是在上鞋垫体和下鞋垫体中间夹设一种已知的药品，不仅价格高，鞋垫还不能水洗，而且使用时间长了药物也会逐渐失去药效，保健效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的，是针对上述问题提供一种养脚护脚，杀菌消臭，减轻脚气疾患的一种除臭、除脚气鞋垫。
采用的技术方案是：
一种除臭、除脚气鞋垫，是由聚乙稀35—45g、醋酸乙烯1—2g和银离子0.05—0.1g经加热混炼、模压注塑成型。
上述的加热混炼、模压注塑为已知技术。
本发明能按比例混炼、模压注塑成鞋底。本发明制成的鞋垫和鞋底，可在模具模压或注射时可采用一次成型技术，制作工艺简单。鞋子采用的各材料均为环保材料，能释放银离子具有抗菌作用，能够抑制微生物的生长、繁殖或杀死微生物的作用。
本发明所采用的各材料均为环保材料，能释放银离子，促进血液循环，滋润肌肤，改善脚气，抑制脚臭，强身健体，增强人体代谢功能。本发明具有杀菌除臭功能，能够有效抑制细菌生长的作用，并起到了明显的除臭功能。
