Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种环保、防水、透气型地板，该地板的两侧设有用于相互拼装的卡榫和卡槽，地板中间层增加有透气圆孔，地板底面设有半圆弧形透气凹槽，透气圆孔与透气凹槽上下错位排列，每一透气凹槽均位于透气圆孔之间。具有防水、环保、耐磨、阻燃、防蛀、防潮、不变形、不起拱、不裂缝等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种地板，确切地说是一种能取代传统地板的环保、防水、透气型地板。
背景技术
现有的地板主要为木地板、竹地板或复合地板，其缺点为不环保、不防潮、不防水、原材料有限。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环保、防水、透气型地板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种环保、防水、透气型地板，该地板的两侧设有用于相互拼装的卡榫和卡槽，地板中间层增加有透气圆孔，地板底面设有半圆弧形透气凹槽。
所述透气圆孔与透气凹槽上下错位排列，每一透气凹槽均位于透气圆孔之间。
所述地板两侧的上边沿设有倒角。
所述地板表面涂施有五层底漆和两层面漆。
所述地板表面转印有木纹层。
所述地板宽度为8cm～30cm。
所述地板材质为PVC树脂合成材料或木塑材料。
本实用新型具有如下突出的有益效果：
1、地板材质采用PVC树脂合成材料或木塑材料，解决了原料紧张和环保问题，成本较低；
2、地板中间层增加了透气圆孔，比实心更结实，具有防潮、防水功能；
3、地板底面设有透气凹槽，铺设后地板悬空，增强透气性；
4、地板两侧倒角部分的设计立体感好、结构牢固，不易松动；
5、地板表面油漆需七道工序完成，包括五道底漆两道面漆，耐磨性好，实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示，该地板的两侧设有用于相互拼装的卡榫1和卡槽2，地板中间层增加有透气圆孔3，地板底面设有半圆弧形透气凹槽4，透气圆孔3与透气凹槽4上下错位排列，每一透气凹槽4均位于透气圆孔3之间，地板两侧的上边沿设有倒角，地板表面涂施有五层底漆和两层面漆，并在地板表面转印有木纹层5，地板宽度为8cm～30cm，材质为PVC树脂合成材料或木塑材料。
该地板的制造工艺流程为：PVC树脂或木塑材料→挤出机→真空定型→冷却→牵引→定尺切割→转印→UV淋漆→成品，具有防水、环保、耐磨、阻燃、防蛀、防潮、不变形、不起拱、不裂缝等优点，可以铺设在卫生间、淋浴室、厨房等场所，在水中也能铺设。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其它各种形式的产品。但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化，凡是与本实用新型相同或相近似的技术方案，均在其保护范围之内。

1、一种环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，该地板的两侧设有用于相互拼装的卡榫和卡槽，地板中间层增加有透气圆孔，地板底面设有半圆弧形透气凹槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，所述透气圆孔与透气凹槽上下错位排列，每一透气凹槽均位于透气圆孔之间。
3、根据权利要求1所述的环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，所述地板两侧的上边沿设有倒角。
4、根据权利要求1所述的环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，所述地板表面涂施有五层底漆和两层面漆。
5、根据权利要求1所述的环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，所述地板表面转印有木纹层。
6、根据权利要求1所述的环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，所述地板宽度为8cm～30cm。
7、根据权利要求1所述的环保、防水、透气型地板，其特征在于，所述地板材质为PVC树脂合成材料或木塑材料。
