本实用新型涉及建筑领域，尤其涉及发泡陶瓷制成的装饰线条。
背景技术
目前，在建筑装饰装潢材料中所涉及的装饰线条很多采用石膏原料或者实木制
成，石膏材料自身易分化脱落，实木材料价格较高，而且需要整木，因此大量使用后会消耗森林资源，同时实木时间长了容易开裂，实木板材存在纤维纹路表面不够光滑，做成装饰线条后表面不光滑影响美观，现在也有很多装饰线条采用密度板制成，然而密度板防水性能差，梅雨季节，室内潮湿，密度板做的装饰线条会膨胀变形，干燥后又会收缩脱落。上述问题有待解决。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单，防腐抗震，制作成本低，安装方便的发泡陶瓷装饰线条。
为实现本实用新型目的，提供了以下技术方案：一种发泡陶瓷装饰线条，包括截面为波浪形的基体，其特征在于所述基体为长条状，所述基体波浪形表面设置有油漆层，对应的基体两端一端设置有若干条燕尾形条状凸块，另一端设置有与凸块对应的燕尾槽，所述基体底面设置有U型槽，U型槽内设置与之配合的U型钢板，U型钢板底面开设有螺栓孔与U型槽底面螺栓连接。
作为优选，所述U型钢板表面设置有一层橡胶层。
作为优选，所述基体为发泡陶瓷材料。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型通过用发泡陶瓷作为制作基体，大大缩减了制作成本并且由于其材质松软容易进行连接制作，其连接强度高，抗震耐磨系数高。

具体实施方式
一种发泡陶瓷装饰线条，包括截面为波浪形的基体001，所述基体001为长条状，所述基体001波浪形表面设置有油漆层002，对应的基体001两端一端设置有若干条燕尾形条状凸块003，另一端设置有与凸块003对应的燕尾槽004，所述基体001底面设置有U型槽005，U型槽005内设置与之配合的U型钢板006，U型钢板006底面开设有螺栓孔与U型槽005底面螺栓连接。
所述U型钢板006表面设置有一层橡胶层007。所述基体001为发泡陶瓷材料。

1.一种发泡陶瓷装饰线条，包括截面为波浪形的基体，其特征在于所述基体为长条状，所述基体波浪形表面设置有油漆层，对应的基体两端一端设置有若干条燕尾形条状凸块，另一端设置有与凸块对应的燕尾槽，所述基体底面设置有U型槽，U型槽内设置与之配合的U型钢板，U型钢板底面开设有螺栓孔与U型槽底面螺栓连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡陶瓷装饰线条，其特征在于所述U型钢板表面设置有一层橡胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡陶瓷装饰线条，其特征在于所述基体为发泡陶瓷材料。
