Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种增强石塑地板，由作为支撑主体的底层和附着在底层顶面的表层组成，底层由树脂和石粉混合而成，表层为UV涂层，UV涂层由内到外依次分为：水性加色底漆层、UV砂光底漆层、UV耐磨面漆层、UV淋涂面漆层和UV耐磨面漆层，底层底面设有防护层。利用不同层的性能特点实现不同的功能和作用，并最终达到所需的整体效果，满足使用需要。其整个表面不仅耐磨、耐用，防水、防腐，而且利用图案和颜色丰富了石塑地板的装饰效果，保证了使用质量，涂装在底层底面的保护层还可提高底面的防菌性能，大大提高了石塑地板的使用性能，可广泛适用于各种室内环境中。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种增强石塑地板，属于建筑装饰材料领域。
背景技术
随着社会发展，各种地面装饰材料和装饰产品不断出现。大家较熟悉的产品有：瓷砖、地板革、实木地板、复合木地板等等，其应用范围涉及到我们生活的方方面面。
其中，瓷砖耐磨性好，防水、防潮、防腐蚀，耐压性强，质地坚硬，选材方便，使用寿命长，可广泛适用于各种室内环境。地板革铺设简单、擦洗方便，重量轻，体积小，使用灵活，可根据需要任意裁剪，环境适应能力强。实木地板或复合木地板，由于以木制结构为主，弹性好，脚感舒适，无毒无味，在居室中使用较理想，是卧室地表首选的装饰材料。
近年来，又出现一种石塑地板，其利用树脂和石粉混合物做为基材，制成地面铺装材料，节能、环保，并可再生利用，大大降低了地板的铺装成本，保证了使用效果。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有情况，本实用新型旨在提供一种装饰效果好，结构结实、耐用的增强石塑地板。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种增强石塑地板，由作为支撑主体的底层和附着在底层顶面的表层组成，底层由树脂和石粉混合而成，表层为UV涂层，UV涂层由内到外依次分为：水性加色底漆层、UV砂光底漆层、UV耐磨面漆层、UV淋涂面漆层和UV耐磨面漆层。
所述底层的底面上还附着有防护层，防护层由内到外为：水性加色底漆层和UV耐磨面漆层。
本实用新型所述的增强石塑地板，通过在底层表面设置由五层结构组成的UV涂层和分布在底层底面的防护层，利用不同层的性能特点实现不同的功能和作用，并最终达到所需的整体效果，满足使用需要。其整个表面不仅耐磨、耐用，防水、防腐，而且利用图案和颜色丰富了石塑地板的装饰效果，保证了使用质量，涂装在底层底面的防护层还可提高底面的防菌性能，大大提高了石塑地板的使用性能，可广泛适用于各种室内环境中。

下面结合附图1对本实用新型做进一步的描述：
本实用新型所述的增强石塑地板，由作为支撑主体的底层1和附着在底层1顶面的表层组成，底层1由树脂和石粉混合而成，主要起到支撑和抗压的作用。表层为UV涂层，UV涂层由内到外依次分为：水性加色底漆层2、UV砂光底漆层3、UV耐磨面漆层4、UV淋涂面漆层5和UV耐磨面漆层6。其中，水性加色底漆层2用以调整地板的颜色和图案，更好的满足消费者的需要；UV耐磨面漆层6可提高表面耐磨性，保证长期使用的使用质量和使用效果。
为进一步提高石塑地板的使用效果，在底层的底面上还附着有防护层，防护层由内到外为：水性加色底漆层8和UV耐磨面漆层7，从而为缺少防护的底层底面提供保护，同时，提高了底层1的装饰性，保证了使用效果。
制作完成的石塑地板，铺装时采用单独粘贴的方式，每一块石塑地板直接粘接在地面，并且相互间水平对齐，形成一个结构稳定的连接面铺设在地表，既有实木地板的效果，又有地板砖的绿色、环保，抗菌、防躁功效，使用简单、维护方便。

1.一种增强石塑地板，由作为支撑主体的底层和附着在底层顶面的表层组成，所述底层由树脂和石粉混合而成，其特征在于，所述表层为UV涂层，UV涂层由内到外依次分为：水性加色底漆层、UV砂光底漆层、UV耐磨面漆层、UV淋涂面漆层和UV耐磨面漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强石塑地板，其特征在于，所述底层的底面上还附着有防护层，所述防护层由内到外为：水性加色底漆层和UV耐磨面漆层。
