本实用新型涉及一种模具,尤其涉及一种适用与汽车减震器中活塞制造时的粉末冶金压制模具。
背景技术
粉末冶金压制模具中用于轴向孔形成的芯棒为细长杆,通过轭形板,连接在压机下压头上,并随之一起上下运动,其长度长,刚性差,容易折断,给生产、采购、装模都带来极大的不便,而且在脱模时,随阴模和下模冲一一起向下运动实现脱模,在脱模过程中,由于脱模力大,也容易造成芯棒的折断,生产成本提高,降低了工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种使芯棒在工作过程中不易折断的新型粉末冶金压制模具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括阴模、上模冲、下模冲一、下模冲二、芯棒,阴模设置在阴模板上,阴模板通过导柱和轭形板活动连接,轭形板连接在压机下压头上,上模冲通过上模冲板连接在压机上压头上,通过导柱实现同阴模的同轴要求,下模冲一通过弹性杆和轭形板活动连接,下模冲二设置在底板上,底板固定在压机台面上,各模同轴设置,芯棒固定连接在下模冲二上。
本实用新型改变了芯棒的连接模式,把芯棒从原来连接在轭形板上改为连接在下模冲二上,使芯棒的长度变短,刚性得到增强,且改变了以往的脱模方式,现脱模方式为压胚先脱阴模,后脱芯棒,使芯棒受到的力大大减少,不易折断,生产成本得到了降低,经济效益得到提高。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括阴模、上模冲、下模冲一、下模冲二和芯棒,模具通过轭形板连接在压机下压头上,阴模设置在阴模板上,阴模板上向下连接有楔形块,轭形板通过导柱和阴模板活动连接,上模冲设置在上模冲板上,并通过上模冲板安装在压机上压头上,上模冲板和阴模板通过导柱活动连接,下模冲一通过弹性性杆和轭形板活动连接,下模冲二连接在底板上,底板固定在压机台面上,芯棒通过下模冲二托板固定连接在下模冲二上。
本实用新型的工作过程可分为装粉、压制成形、脱模和复位。首先通过弹性杆将下模冲一向上顶,以次来调节下模冲一和下模冲二之间的轴向装粉高度,通过导柱使阴模板上行,调整下模冲一与阴模端面之间的轴向成形的装料位置,粉末充填于阴模型腔。压制时上压头下降,上模冲由导柱准确导向进入阴模进行压制,上模冲压缩到一定行程后压力大于下缸的浮动力后,即和阴模、阴模板一起下降,轭形板也一起下降,当下模冲一承受的压力大于弹性杆的弹性力时,下模冲一也随同下降,当下模冲一受压下降到使下模冲一支座触及滑块时,其正好位于和下模冲二相对应的位置,此时由上模冲进行最终压制成形。压制成形后,上压头带动上模冲上行,而下模冲继续向下运动,使安装在阴模板上的楔形块将滚轮向左右推开,使滑块从下模冲一两侧移开,阴模和下模冲一继续下行直到压胚可以自由脱出阴模,此时压胚和芯棒之间已无多大抱紧力,压胚非常容易从芯棒脱出。最后下压头上升,借借助弹性杆使下模冲一和滑块复位。

1、新型粉末冶金压制模具,包括阴模、上模冲、下模冲一、下模冲二、芯棒,阴模设置在阴模板上,阴模板通过导柱和轭形板活动连接,轭形板连接在压机下压头上,上模冲通过上模冲板连接在压机上压头上,上模冲板通过导柱和阴模板活动连接,下模冲一通过弹性杆和轭形板活动连接,下模冲二设置在底板上,底板固定在压机台面上,各模和芯棒同轴设置,其特征在于,芯棒固定连接在下模冲二上。
