技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力电缆。
背景技术
环保消防型的电力电缆在现代工业和民用电力电缆领域的应用越来越受到重视,如何使电缆以较低的成本达到电缆在高温环境里能够阻燃、少烟雾、不释放卤气是目前电力电缆行业的一个热门研究课题。而普遍使用的电缆材料,其绝缘层和护套层耐温温度低,一般仅能达到70℃,超过耐温温度有可能引发绝缘层和护套层的燃烧或大量烟雾,尤其大量的烟雾和卤气是造成人员窒息的主要原因。从而可能引发电力系统故障和人身、财务的重大损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产成本低、环保阻燃型铜包铝芯、辐照交联绝缘层、隔氧层、低烟无卤电缆。
所述铜包铝芯、辐照交联绝缘层、隔氧层、低烟无卤电缆,由铜芯或铜包铝芯1、绝缘层2、填充料3及护套层5组成,其特征是:在绝缘层2和护套层5之间还有一层隔氧阻燃层4,隔氧阻燃层采用低烟无卤阻燃隔氧料NH1G。采用辐照交联聚乙烯材料作为绝缘层。采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料NH1H-5L作为护套层。
本实用新型的优点是:绝缘层耐温大幅提高,达到105℃以上,隔氧阻燃层进一步提高电缆的工作温度,增强阻燃性能,同时提高了导体的载流量,低烟无卤护套使得烟密度大幅降低,使得电缆在750℃~1000℃燃烧条件下,仍能保证正常供电180分钟以上,仅有很少的烟雾,并不释放卤气。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明:一般电力电缆芯可有单芯至5芯等,示意图以4芯为例说明。所述铜包铝芯、辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘、聚烯烃护套低烟无卤电缆,由铜芯或铜包铝芯1、绝缘层2、填充料3及护套层5组成,其特征是:在绝缘层2和护套层5之间还有一层隔氧阻燃层4,隔氧阻燃层材料为NH1G。采用辐照交联聚乙烯材料作为绝缘层2。采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料NH1H-5L作为护套层5。
采用上述结构电缆环保消防性能大为提高,具体的说,一般的聚乙烯绝缘层耐温可到70℃,采用交联聚乙烯这可提升到90℃,而用辐照交联聚乙烯材料,耐温可达105℃以上。在绝缘层耐温提高的同时,增加隔氧阻燃层,氧指数达到45%。使得内部高温或外部明火或高温环境下,增强隔氧阻燃性能,隔热、隔氧、抑烟,提高了工作温度,增强了绝缘强度。而经过实验,电缆在温度升高时,导电性能会提高。使得电缆的整体综合性能大为增强。外加聚烯烃低烟无卤护套,在高温环境下低烟雾,不产生有毒卤气。有明火时烟密度降到90以下,无明火到180以下。采用上述结构的电缆在750℃~1000℃燃烧条件下,仍能保证正常供电180分钟以上,仅产生很少的烟雾并且不释放卤气。经检测,各项指标均符合公安部GA306标准要求。
由于本实用新型具有良好的环保消防特性,且价格低廉,各项性能均有大幅提高,使之具有很大的市场竞争力。
Claims (3)
1.一种铜包铝芯、辐照交联绝缘层、隔氧层、低烟无卤电缆,由铜芯或铜包铝芯(1)、绝缘层(2)、填充料(3)及护套层(5)组成,其特征是:在绝缘层(2)和护套层(5)之间还有一层采用低烟无卤阻燃隔氧料NH1G的隔氧阻燃层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜包铝芯、辐照交联绝缘层、隔氧层、低烟无卤电缆,其特征是:采用辐照交联聚乙烯材料作为绝缘层(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铜包铝芯、辐照交联绝缘层、隔氧层、低烟无卤电缆,其特征是:采用低烟无卤聚烯烃材料NH1H-5L作为护套层(5)。
