Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种绝缘导线,包括通电导线和套于其外的绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包覆有耐火层。所述的耐火层为石棉布层。本实用新型的优点在于在导线的绝缘层外再包覆有耐火层,一是可以提高导线的耐高温性能,延缓绝缘层的老化周期,保证导线在恶劣工况下的使用安全;二是当外界着火时,耐火层能延缓导线的正常工作时间,给有效救助提供时间。由于石棉的造价低廉,耐火层可以为石棉布层,当然也可以用其他耐火材料制成耐火外层,同样也能达到该种效果。

本实用新型涉及电线,尤其是涉及一种可以耐高温的绝缘导线。
背景技术
电线老化或气温过高导致电线短路会引起火灾,由于其他原因起火后将电线绝缘层烧坏引起线路故障,会加大火灾灾情,如何能延长电线使用时间或在起火后提供较长的救助时间,以最大限定减轻损失,常规的绝缘电线显然达不到该种要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可耐高温更安全的绝缘导线。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的绝缘导线,包括通电导线和套于其外的绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包覆有耐火层。
所述的耐火层为石棉布层。
本实用新型的优点在于在导线的绝缘层外再包覆有耐火层,一是可以提高导线的耐高温性能,延缓绝缘层的老化周期,保证导线在恶劣工况下的使用安全;二是当外界着火时,耐火层能延缓导线的正常工作时间,给有效救助提供时间。由于石棉的造价低廉,耐火层可以为石棉布层,当然也可以用其他耐火材料制成耐火外层,同样也能达到该种效果。

如图所示,本实用新型所述的绝缘导线,包括通电导线1和套于其外的绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2外包覆有耐火层3;考虑到成本费用,所述的耐火层3可以为石棉布层,当然也可以由其他耐火材料制成的耐火外层,同样也能起到耐高温的安全效果。

2、根据权利要求1所述的绝缘导线,其特征在于:所述的耐火层(3)为石棉布层。
