本实用新型属于运输器具技术领域，具体涉及铁路货物运输用的一种可调节捆绑锁。
背景技术：
目前，传统的铁路货物运输在捆扎包装时，都采用铁丝捆绑，其捆绑速度慢、安全系数差，这种传统的方法与技术已不能满足铁路运输跨越式发展的需求，铁道部根据现有技术的不足与铁路运输发展的需要，对捆扎包装技术提出新的要求，希望有一种能对车辆内货物捆绑牢固，捆绑锁定速度快，安全系数高的新技术、新产品所代替传统落后的生产工具。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处，而研制一种捆绑速度快、捆绑牢固：安全可靠的可调节捆绑锁，它能快速安全牢固地将条材货物捆绑锁定。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的，该装置为可调节捆绑锁结构，它包括锁体、钢丝绳，锁体设制为方状金属块，在锁体下端体内设置有锥形套，在锥形套内腔中设有压簧，压片与圆柱锁芯，在锥形套后端设有盖板，在盖板内腔中间安设有压簧，在内腔压簧端点处设有压片。在锁体的上方设置有绳套，在绳套上安设有锁定螺钉，在绳套内安置有钢丝绳，钢丝绳靠镙钉调节固定牢，在锁体的前端两圆柱锁芯开口处设置有锁绳插扣。
本实用新型的技术效果，它能彻底改变传统的铁路货物运输在捆扎包装过程中所采用手工铁丝捆绑，带来捆绑速度慢，安全系数差的落后状况，它能对车辆内货物捆绑牢固，捆绑锁定速度快，安全系数高的显著技术效果。
