为达上述目的，本实用新型的不锈钢塑铝复合板，由上层不锈钢板，下层铝板和塑料芯材以高强度粘接膜复合压制而成。

请参阅图1所示，由合适的厚度、硬度的不锈钢卷材料(即不锈钢板1)、铝卷(即铝板5)、及中间层塑料芯材3，用高强度粘接膜2、4复合而成。使用不锈钢卷和铝卷可实现连续生产，再根据需要切割成各种不同规格，降低生产成本。
