本实用新型公开了一种挤出装置,特别是一种双螺杆压片式挤出机,主要用于挤出密炼机混炼的天然橡胶或合成橡胶,并压制成一定规格的胶片。它包括机座(7),在机座(7)上设有双螺杆的挤出装置(4),挤出装置(4)中的双螺杆的端头装有相互啮合的并与动力装置相接的速比齿轮装置(3),在挤出装置(4)的出口端设有与动力装置相接的压片装置(5),其特征在于:所述的挤出装置(4)中的螺杆(8)为锥形螺杆,螺杆(8)上具有螺旋叶片部分的长度L为800~1100毫米,大端直径D为480~580毫米,小端直径d为180~210毫米,螺杆(8)的杆芯锥角A为4°~6°。本装置可与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机进行配合连续作业,大大提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挤出装置,特别是一种双螺杆压片式挤出机,主要用于挤出密炼机混炼的天然橡胶或合成橡胶,并压制成一定规格的胶片。
背景技术
现有的双螺杆压片式挤出机结构是:有一个机座,在机座上固定有双螺杆挤出装置,其中双螺杆的端头接相互啮合的速比齿轮,速比齿轮与机座上的动力装置相接,在挤出装置的出口处设有与动力装置相接的压片装置。工作时,由密炼机混炼的天然橡胶或合成橡胶经料斗进入挤出装置中,再经双螺杆挤压进入压片机压成一定规格的片状。目前双螺杆上具螺旋叶片部分的长度有两种,一种是长度超过1400毫米,直径大于600毫米,这种大功率的挤出装置无法与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机进行配合连续作业,另一种是长度小于800毫米,直径小于180毫米,这种小功率的挤出装置也不能与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机进行配合连续作业,主要是供需的胶量不一致。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机进行配合连续作业的双螺杆压片式挤出机,以提高作业效率,克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的双螺杆压片式挤出机,它包括机座7,在机座7上设有双螺杆的挤出装置4,挤出装置4中的双螺杆的端头装有相互啮合的并与动力装置相接的速比齿轮装置3,在挤出装置4的出口端设有与动力装置相接的压片装置5,其特征在于:所述的挤出装置4中的螺杆8为锥形螺杆,螺杆8上具有螺旋叶片部分的长度L为800~1100毫米,大端直径D为480~580毫米,小端直径d为180~210毫米,螺杆8的杆芯锥角A为4°~6°。
本实用新型的双螺杆压片式挤出机,螺杆8的尺寸规格在运转时其挤出能力刚好与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机的排胶能力相吻合,可与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机相配合连续作业,大大提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示:7为机座,可采用型钢焊接制作,也可采用铸造成型。在机座7上螺栓固定有挤出装置电机1、挤出装置减速器2、速比齿轮装置3、挤出装置4,挤出装置电机1通过传动带与挤出装置减速器2的轮入轴相接,挤出装置减速器2的轮出轴接速比齿轮装置3中的其中一个速比齿轮,速比齿轮装置3中的两个速比齿轮相互啮合并分别安装在挤出装置4中的两个螺杆8的端头,形成双螺杆挤出机,在挤出装置4的出口处设有压片装置5,压片装置5接压片减速器10的输出轴,压片减速器10的输入轴通过传动带壳6内的传动带与压片电机9相接,压片电机9、压片减速器10、压片装置5均螺栓固定在机座7上。在挤出装置4中的两个螺杆8为锥形螺杆,其上焊接有螺旋叶片11,螺杆8上具有螺旋叶片11部分的长度L为800毫米或850毫米或900毫米或950毫米或1000毫米或1050毫米或1100毫米,即在800~1100毫米之间均可;大端直径D为480毫米或500毫米或520毫米或540毫米或560毫米或580毫米,即在480~580毫米之间均可;小端直径d为180毫米或185毫米或190毫米或195毫米或200毫米或205毫米或210毫米,即在180~210毫米之间均可;螺杆8的杆芯锥角A为4°或5°或6°,即在4°~6°之间均可。上述结构的挤出机可与现有的110L型密(捏)炼机进行配合连续作业,大大提高了工作效率。
