一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水产养殖池或污水处理池、曝气池用的增氧装置,特别是一种水体弥散增氧用微孔管增氧盘。
二、背景技术
现有的微孔管是一种由改性橡胶、废橡胶粉与聚乙烯树脂发泡制成的壁面均布微孔的橡塑管。当具有一定压力的空气通过微孔管时,管内的空气将由微孔喷出,进入水体形成气泡。该微孔管存在的缺点是,空气在微孔管中流动的过程中,由于微孔管内壁与空气接触产生阻力,因此沿微孔管流动的气体的压力和流量逐渐减小,从而使微孔管出气量不均匀。
三、发明内容
1、发明目的:本实用新型的目的是提供一种出气量均匀的水体弥散增氧用微孔管增氧盘。
2、技术方案:为实现上述目的,本实用新型所述的水体弥散增氧用微孔管增氧盘,包括微孔管、微孔管固定架和盘管支座,微孔管由底部盘旋而上,并固定在微孔管固定架上,微孔管固定架固定在盘管支座上。
微孔管固定架可以根据需要设计成喇叭形状,底小口大。
本实用新型的原理是利用增氧盘在水体中各部分微孔管所处位置的水压的变化来抵消微孔管中气流的压力和流量损失,即由于进气口置于增氧盘的底部,此位置的水压最大,当微孔管内的空气不断上升时,水压不断下降,其对管内的空气流量的影响逐渐减少,从而达到均匀出气的目的。
3、有益效果:本实用新型与现有技术相比,其显著优点是水体溶氧速度快;溶氧量高;增氧均匀;能耗低。

五、具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型设计的微孔管增氧盘包括微孔管1、固定架2和支座3。固定架2为喇叭形,底小口大(D≥d),由圆圈和幅条构成。微孔管1由底部开始沿固定架2盘旋而上,其进气口位于固定架2的底部。固定架2安装在支座3上,支座3的结构正好使固定架2的底部和口部托在支架3上,安装在支座3上的固定架2的底部和口部离支座3的底部高度分别为a、b。
上述尺寸参数D、d、a、b可根据微孔管的型号、管长、增氧水体的类型、增氧目的来确定。

1、一种水体弥散增氧用微孔管增氧盘,其特征是它包括微孔管(1)、微孔管固定架(2)和盘管支座(3),微孔管(1)由底部盘旋而上,并固定在微孔管固定架(2)上,微孔管固定架(2)固定在盘管支座(3)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水体弥散增氧用微孔管增氧盘,其特征是微孔管固定架(2)为喇叭形状,底小口大。
