技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水产养殖池或污水处理池、曝气池用的曝气装置。特别是涉及一种M型塔式微孔管曝气装置。
背景技术
微孔管是一种由改性橡胶、废橡胶粉与聚乙烯树脂发泡制成的壁面均布微孔的橡塑管。使用时将其放置于水体内,当具有一定压力的空气通过微孔管时,管内的空气将由管壁的微孔喷出,进入水体形成气泡,达到对水产养殖池或污水处理池、曝气池曝气增氧的目的。中国专利200620126241.1公开了一种水体弥散增氧用微孔管增氧盘。该增氧盘由微孔管、微孔管固定架和盘管支座组成。微孔管由底部盘旋而上,并固定在微孔管固定架上,微孔管固定架固定在盘管支座上。该增氧盘存在的缺点是:由于微孔管由固定架底部盘旋而上布置,在曝气装置周围形成均匀的水流,因而对水体的搅动能力较弱,不能迅速把富氧水体输送到各个角落。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种对水体的搅动能力更大的M型塔式微孔管曝气装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种M型塔式微孔管曝气装置,包括微孔管和固定架,所述固定架外缘呈柱状或塔状,固定架外缘均布有若干根固定杆,所述微孔管沿固定架外缘自上而下再自上而下呈M型连续排布,并与相应位置的固定杆相固定。
本实用新型的曝气原理是:具有一定压力的空气通过固定架外缘底部微孔管进入,管内的空气通过管壁面均布的微孔喷出,进入水体形成气泡。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于微孔管在进气口气压大,向水体中逸出的微气泡多且运动速度快、气泡内压大,气泡在水体中扩散范围广。随着微孔管远离进气口,管内气体压力逐渐递减,从微孔管内逸出的微气泡逐渐减少且运动速度减慢、气泡内压下降,气泡在水体中扩散范围下降。因而微孔管沿固定架外缘呈M型连续排布后,在曝气装置周围形成不均匀离心状的水流,促进了水体流动。
与现有的微孔管呈螺旋状固定于支架上的微孔管曝气装置相比较,本实用新型对水体的搅动能力更大,能迅速把富氧水体输送到污水处理池、曝气池等的各个角落。

参见图1-2,本实用新型涉及的M型塔式微孔管曝气装置,主要由微孔管1和固定架2两部分组成。所述固定架2外缘呈柱状或塔状。固定架2外缘均布有若干根固定杆(图中未示出)。所述微孔管1沿固定架2外缘自上而下再自上而下呈M型连续排布,并与相应位置的固定杆3相固定。
