Abstract

本发明涉及一种粘胶清除液，其中包含质量百分比为25～35％的松香油、25～35％的油酸酰胺、5～15％的丙醇酯以及25～35％的甲基环己烷。该粘胶清除液是专门用于清除各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶等的残留污迹，可有效地将各种粘胶残留痕迹清除干净，清除残留痕迹的同时不会对所粘贴物体表面造成任何损坏，无毒、无污染、无腐蚀，不会造成对环境的不良影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清除液，更具体的，涉及一种粘胶清除液，用于清除各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶等的残留污迹。
背景技术
城市乱贴、乱涂的小广告，一直被视为“城市牛皮癣”而成为全世界各大城市难以根治的顽疾。在电话亭、站牌、广告牌等公共场所的墙壁上，人们常常会看到各种各样粘贴的小广告，这些粘贴物极不雅观。由于不干胶等粘胶的化学稳定性极好，因此很难将其清除干净，即使是将不干胶小广告上面纸面清除掉，但纸面下的胶体仍会附着在物体上，这些粘胶经日晒和吸附灰尘之后，变硬发黑和变脏，普通清洗剂很难将它们彻底清除。
不干胶小广告所使用的粘胶通常都是从石油产品中提炼生产出来的，它们不能直接溶于水中，很难用水直接将它们清除掉，但是在某些表面活性剂所具有的对粘胶污垢的吸附、增溶作用下，表面活性剂的吸附特性可使污垢从被清洗物表面卷离，进而引起表面污垢张力的降低，导致污垢和被清洗物表面的界面性质发生改变，使污垢质点容易脱落；同时，当表面活性剂的浓度达到临界胶束浓度以后，其吸附量达到最大值，表面活性剂则形成胶束，胶束的一个重要特性就是增溶，当表面活性剂浓度高于临界胶束浓度以后，不溶于水的污垢就开始溶解于表面活性剂的胶束中来了。这样，不干胶的残留污迹就被清除掉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘胶清除液，专门用于清除各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶等的残留污迹。
为达到上述目的，本发明提供的粘胶清除液含有如下组份和含量：
(a)松香油                 25～35％
(b)油酸酰胺               25～35％
(c)丙醇酯                 5～15％
(d)甲基环己烷             25～35％
上述所有百分数为质量百分数。
优选的，本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为：
(a)松香油                 25％
(b)油酸酰胺               35％
(c)丙醇酯                 15％
(d)甲基环己烷             25％。
优选的，本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为：
(a)松香油                 35％
(b)油酸酰胺               25％
(c)丙醇酯                 5％
(d)甲基环己烷             35％。
优选的，本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为：
(a)松香油                 30％
(b)油酸酰胺               30％
(c)丙醇酯                 10％
(d)甲基环己烷             30％。
优选的，本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为：
(a)松香油                 25％
(b)油酸酰胺               30％
(c)丙醇酯                 10％
(d)甲基环己烷             35％。
上述粘胶清除液的生产工艺是：将上述四种原料按一定的配比关系加入到反应釜中，常温常压下低速搅拌50～80分钟，然后将混合溶液过滤，滤液静置，分装，即得。
本发明提供的粘胶清除液，配方简单，所使用的原料均为常用化学品，生产工艺及操作简便，成本低廉。本发明提供的粘胶清除液可有效地将各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶的粘胶残留痕迹清除干净，清除残留痕迹的同时不会对所粘贴物体表面造成任何损坏，无毒、无污染、无腐蚀，不会造成对环境的不良影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取松香油250g、油酸酰胺350g、丙醇酯150g、甲基环己烷250g，加入到反应釜中，常温常压下低速搅拌80分钟，待各组分混和均匀后，将混合液过滤，滤液静置，分装，即得粘胶清除液成品。
实施例2
取松香油350g、油酸酰胺250g、丙醇酯50g、甲基环己烷350g，加入到反应釜中，常温常压下低速搅拌50分钟，待各组分混和均匀后，将混合液过滤，滤液静置，分装，即得粘胶清除液成品。
实施例3
取松香油300g、油酸酰胺300g、丙醇酯100g、甲基环己烷300g，加入到反应釜中，常温常压下低速搅拌60分钟，待各组分混和均匀后，将混合液过滤，滤液静置，分装，即得粘胶清除液成品。
实施例4
取松香油250g、油酸酰胺300g、丙醇酯100g、甲基环己烷350g，加入到反应釜中，常温常压下低速搅拌50分钟，待各组分混和均匀后，将混合液过滤，滤液静置，分装，即得粘胶清除液成品。
