本发明为国际申请日为2001年9月7日(国际申请号为PCT/EP01/10303)、申请号为018159141的题为“保护动物兽皮和皮革的活性成分的组合”的专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及包含酚类活性化合物和杀真菌活性化合物的活性化合物的组分用于保藏动物兽皮和皮革的用途。
背景技术
已知酚类衍生物及其混合物或制剂在皮革制造中可以用作保护材料的组合物。可是，当将上述化合物单独或在组合物中使用时，在一段时间后，这些化合物无法有效地防止储藏的兽皮和皮革不受微生物的侵害。
还已知苯并咪唑类、咪唑类、三唑类和/或吗啉衍生物与苯酚化合物的组合物在动物兽皮和皮革的储藏和制造期间能够提供对其的保护(US 5 888 415)。还已知使用2-巯基吡啶N-氧化物及其盐用于保藏皮革的用途(WO98/56959)。
发明内容
令人惊奇的，现已发现一些杀真菌反应活性化合物，如巯基苯并噻唑、亚甲基二硫氰酸酯、氰硫基甲硫基苯并噻唑(TCMTB)、苯并异噻唑啉酮(BIT)、辛基异噻唑啉酮(OIT)、二氯辛基异噻唑啉酮(DCOIT)、百菌清、丁基氨基甲酸碘代丙炔基酯(IPBC)、二碘代甲基对甲苯基砜、N-环己基苯并噻吩-2-甲酰胺5，5-二氧化物和二硫代-2，2’-二苄基甲基酰胺，与具体的苯酚活性化合物的组合物非常适合动物兽皮和皮革的保藏。
适合的苯酚活性化合物优选为苯酚衍生物如三溴苯酚、三氯苯酚、硝基苯酚、3-甲基-4-氯苯酚、3，5-二甲基-4-氯苯酚、苯氧基乙醇、双氯酚(dichlorophene)、邻苯基酚、间苯基酚、对苯基酚、2-苄基-4-氯苯酚(氯芬)、2，4-二氯-3，5-二甲基苯酚、4-氯百里酚、二氯苯氧氯酚、硫双对氯酚及其铵盐、碱金属和碱土金属盐，以及其混合物。
优选的组合物含有3，5-二甲基-4-氯苯酚、2-苄基-4-氯苯酚(BP)、3-甲基-4-氯苯酚(CMK)和/或邻苯基苯酚(OPP)作为苯酚成分和一或多种上述杀真菌剂。

上述杀真菌和苯酚化合物是已知的例如参见：“Microbicides forthe Protection of Materials，Chapmann & Hall，1993”。
通常在组合物中，对每重量份的一或多种上述杀真菌剂使用5至200，优选10至100和更优选12至50重量份的一或多种上述苯酚化合物。
如果在本发明的组合物中存在两种或多种苯酚化合物，它们彼此的比例可在宽的范围内变化。优选的比例可采用简单的方式通过本领域技术人员已知的常规试验确定。
通常，两种苯酚化合物之间的重量比为1∶1至1∶10。
例如，如果在根据本发明的组合物中除了CMK还存在OPP，则OPP∶CMK的优选重量比为1∶1至1∶5。
令人惊奇的是，根据本发明的组合物具有增效作用，即组合物的作用超过了单独活性化合物的作用。
通常，本发明活性化合物的组合物以制剂形式使用。使用浓度以被保护的兽皮或皮革为基础优选为0.1至1％的活性化合物或活性化合物的混合物。
制剂组合物优选含有10至50％量的活性化合物混合物。通常，组合物中还含有下述其他成分：0-30％的碱金属和/或碱土金属氢氧化物；0-20％的离子和/或非离子乳化剂；5-60％的有机溶剂，特别如二元醇类、酮类、乙二醇醚类、醇类如乙醇、甲醇、1，2-丙二醇、正丙醇和0至0.5％调味剂和香料。余量至100％是水或有机溶剂，有机溶剂例如：1，2-丙二醇。所述百分比为重量百分比。
用于本发明的活性化合物的混合物和可由其制备的组合物是通过在皮革生成中一般常规的使用方法，来保护动物兽皮不受微生物的侵害和损害。在本文中被完全和永久抑制的特别令人感兴趣的代表性微生物种类为黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、匍匐毛霉(Aspergillusrepens)、Hormoconis resinae、灰绿青霉(Penicillium glaucum)和绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)，青霉属如桔青霉(P.citrinum)或灰绿青霉(P.galucum)、多变拟青霉(Paecilomyces variotii)、枝孢属(Cladosporium)和毛霉属(Mucor)如大毛霉(Mucor mucedo)、根霉属如毛根霉(Rhizopus oryzae)、Thizopus rouxii。
具体实施方式
下述实施例仅仅例示了本发明，它们不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1
在琼脂盘上接种黑曲霉、匍匐毛霉、灰绿青霉、绿色木霉和Hormoconis resinae的分生孢子。用混合物I、II和III处理湿的蓝色样品，然后放置在琼脂盘上并在20至30℃和相对大气湿度95％下温育28天。

Claims (5)

1.一种混合物，它含有至少一种选自巯基苯并噻唑、氰硫基甲硫基苯并噻唑(TCMTB)、亚甲基二硫氰酸酯、百菌清、丁基氨基甲酸碘代丙炔基酯(IPBC)、二碘代甲基对甲苯基砜和二硫代-2，2’-二苄基甲基酰胺的杀真菌活性化合物和至少一种选自三溴苯酚、三氯苯酚、硝基苯酚、3-甲基-4-氯苯酚、3，5-二甲基-4-氯苯酚、苯氧基乙醇、双氯酚、邻苯基酚、间苯基酚、对苯基酚、2-苄基-4-氯苯酚、2，4-二氯-3，5-二甲基苯酚、4-氯百里酚、二氯苯氧氯酚、硫双对氯酚及其铵盐、碱金属和碱土金属盐的酚类活性化合物。
2.权利要求1的混合物用于保护动物兽皮和皮革的用途。
3.权利要求1的混合物用于制备保护动物兽皮和皮革不受微生物侵害的组合物的用途。
4.保护动物兽皮和皮革不受微生物侵害的方法，其特征在于用根据权利要求1的混合物处理兽皮或皮革。
5.杀微生物组合物，其中包含根据权利要求1的混合物，和保护动物兽皮和皮革组合物的常用成分。
