Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温闭孔泡沫及其制备方法,耐高温闭孔泡沫包括酚醛树脂、增韧剂和发泡剂,按照重量份,酚醛树脂含量范围为2份~40份,增韧剂含量范围为1份~20份,发泡剂含量范围1份~20份。通过混合、预成型、加热发泡交联以及后续处理等步骤制备得到。本发明提供的耐高温闭孔泡沫,密度0.01g/cm3~0.5 g/cm3,最大回弹不小于2%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。

一种耐高温闭孔泡沫及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于泡沫材料及其制备技术领域,涉及一种闭孔泡沫及其制备方法,特别是一种应用于无人机芯材的耐高温、高湿闭孔泡沫材料。
背景技术
泡沫是一种最常用的芯材,目前主要品种有聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸亚胺(PMI)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)和丙烯腈-苯乙烯(SAN或AS),密度从5kg/m3到300kg/m3不等。通常在复合材料中,使用的泡沫密度在20kg/m3-200kg/m3之间。由于泡沫材料具有水密、漂浮性能和整体填充机翼、尾翼内部结构容腔的工艺特性,因此泡沫作为芯材在无人机机体结构中的应用较为常见,全填充泡沫夹层结构的无人机机翼和尾翼无疑是最典型的应用。
但作为无人机芯材应用的泡沫材料,即需要较好的回弹性,同时又需要耐受一定的温度而不发生变形。传统泡沫中PP泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫等具有很好的回弹性,但在经历高温湿热的情况下会出现泡沫坍塌、变形等问题,严重的会直接影响泡沫芯材的使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐高温闭孔泡沫及其制备方法,以解决现有泡沫材料在高温湿热的情况下会出现泡沫坍塌、变形等问题。
本发明首先提供一种耐高温闭孔泡沫,包括酚醛树脂、增韧剂和发泡剂,按照重量份,酚醛树脂含量范围为2份~40份,增韧剂含量范围为1份~20份,发泡剂含量范围1份~20份。
可选地,所述酚醛树脂为钡酚醛树脂、镁酚醛树脂和氨酚醛树脂中的一种或两种以上组合。
可选地,所述增韧剂为聚丙烯酸酯、丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶和单官能度环氧树脂当中的任意一种。
可选地,所述发泡剂为烷烃发泡剂和化学发泡剂当中的任意一种。
可选地,还包括环氧树脂,重量份不超过20份。
可选地,还包括固化剂,重量份不超过5份。
可选地,所述环氧树脂是双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、聚醚环氧树脂和酚醛环氧树脂中的一种或两种以上组合。
可选地,所述固化剂是双氰胺。
本发明所提供的耐高温闭孔泡沫,密度0.01g/cm3~0.5 g/cm3,最大回弹不小于2%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。
本发明还提供一种耐高温闭孔泡沫的制备方法,将酚醛树脂、增韧剂和发泡剂按重量份称取后,顺序经过如下步骤:
S1,混合:同时或依次投入容器进行人工或机械混合;
S2,预成型:将混合好的预混合料通过涂膜或压片的方式成型为片状料,或将混合好的预混合料通过揉捻成型为粉状料;
S3,交联:称取预成型的片状或粉状料,投入模具中,加热并保温至泡沫材料发泡交联;
S4,固化交联后的泡沫材料,在一定温度下进行后固化。
可选地,所述预成型过程中加入酒精调节混合物粘度,所述交联的加热温度为120℃~180℃,所述后固化的处理温度为150~200℃。
本发明提供的一种耐高温闭孔泡沫的制备方法,包括混合、预成型、交联和固化的步骤,工艺简单,容易实现。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种耐高温闭孔泡沫由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、发泡剂组成。
第一步混合。
将钡酚醛树脂20份、E44环氧树脂20份、双氰胺固化剂4份、聚硫橡胶增韧剂6份、发泡剂10份,进行充分混合。所述发泡剂为丙烯酸酯类共聚物发泡剂。
第二步预成型。将混合后的混合物采用揉搓的办法,预成型为混合粉料。
第三步加热发泡交联。将预成型的粉料,放入模具,加热至130℃进行固化交联1h。
第四步后处理。将泡沫材料连同模具一起在180℃条件下进行后处理。冷却至室温后打开模具取出泡沫。
获得的闭孔泡沫密度0.15~0.5g/cm3,耐热温度180℃,压缩强度大于3MPa。最大回弹不小于1%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。
实施例2
一种耐高温闭孔泡沫,由酚醛树脂、增韧剂和发泡剂组成。经混合、预成型、发泡固化后形成泡沫材料。
具体步骤为:
第一步混合,称取钡酚醛树脂10份、聚丙烯酸酯增韧剂10份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物20份,进行充分混合。
第二步预成型。将混合好的混合物加入酒精,经涂膜方式成型为片材。
第三步加热发泡交联。将预成型的片材放入模具,加热至180℃进行固化交联。
第四步后处理。将泡沫材料连同模具一起在200℃条件下进行后处理。冷却至室温后打开模具取出泡沫。
获得的闭孔泡沫密度0.015~0.035g/cm3,耐热温度180℃,压缩强度大于1MPa。最大回弹不小于2%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。
实施例3
一种耐高温闭孔泡沫由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、发泡剂组成。
第一步混合。
将钡酚醛树脂20份、E51环氧树脂10份、双氰胺固化剂2份、聚硫橡胶6份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物20份,进行充分混合。
第二步预成型。将混合后的混合物采用揉搓的办法,预成型为混合粉料。
第三步加热发泡交联。将预成型的粉料,放入模具,加热至130℃进行固化交联1h。
第四步后处理。将泡沫材料连同模具一起在180℃条件下进行后处理。冷却至室温后打开模具取出泡沫。
获得的闭孔泡沫密度0.03~0.15g/cm3,耐热温度180℃,压缩强度大于2MPa。最大回弹不小于1%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。
实施例4
一种耐高温闭孔泡沫由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、发泡剂组成。
第一步混合。
将镁酚醛树脂40份、E51环氧树脂20份、双氰胺固化剂5份、聚硫橡胶20份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物发泡剂20份,进行充分混合。
第二步预成型。将混合后的混合物采用揉搓的办法,预成型为混合粉料。
第三步加热发泡交联。将预成型的粉料,放入模具,加热至180℃进行固化交联1h。
第四步后处理。将泡沫材料连同模具一起在150℃条件下进行后处理。冷却至室温后打开模具取出泡沫。
获得的闭孔泡沫密度0.1~0.25g/cm3,耐热温度180℃,压缩强度大于3MPa。最大回弹不小于0.8%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。
实施例5
一种耐高温闭孔泡沫由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、发泡剂组成。
第一步混合。
将镁酚醛树脂2份、E51环氧树脂12份、双氰胺固化剂3份、聚硫橡胶1份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物发泡剂1份,依次投入容器进行机械混合。
第二步预成型。将混合后的混合物采用涂膜方式成型为片状料。
第三步加热发泡交联。将预成型的片状料,放入模具,加热至120℃进行固化交联1h。
第四步后处理。将泡沫材料连同模具一起在200℃条件下进行后处理。冷却至室温后打开模具取出泡沫。
获得的闭孔泡沫密度0.3~0.5g/cm3,耐热温度180℃,压缩强度大于6MPa。最大回弹不小于0.5%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。
经过上述实施例制备得到的泡沫,密度0.015~0.5g/cm3,耐热温度180℃,压缩强度1-6MPa。最大回弹0.5-2%,能够经受60℃、饱和湿度条件下湿热不发生明显变形。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,包括酚醛树脂、增韧剂和发泡剂,按照重量份,酚醛树脂含量范围为2份~40份,增韧剂含量范围为1份~20份,发泡剂含量范围1份~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述酚醛树脂为钡酚醛树脂、镁酚醛树脂和氨酚醛树脂中的一种或两种以上组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为聚丙烯酸酯、丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶和单官能度环氧树脂当中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为烷烃发泡剂和化学发泡剂当中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,还包括环氧树脂,重量份不超过20份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,还包括固化剂,重量份不超过5份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂是双酚A型环氧树脂、双酚F型环氧树脂、聚醚环氧树脂和酚醛环氧树脂中的一种或两种以上组合。
8.根据权利要求6所述的耐高温闭孔泡沫,其特征在于,所述固化剂是双氰胺。
9.一种耐高温闭孔泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于:将酚醛树脂、增韧剂和发泡剂按重量份称取后,
S1,混合:同时或依次投入容器进行人工或机械混合;
S2,预成型:将混合好的预混合料通过涂膜或压片的方式成型为片状料,或将混合好的预混合料通过揉捻成型为粉状料;
S3,交联:称取预成型的片状或粉状料,投入模具中,加热并保温至泡沫材料发泡交联;
S4,固化交联后的泡沫材料,在一定温度下进行后固化。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种耐高温闭孔泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述后固化的处理温度为150~200℃。
