Abstract
本发明公开了一种双密封双列滚针轴承,包括外圈、保持架和滚针;所述保持架设置于外圈滚道内;所述滚针设置于外圈和保持架之间;所述外圈两端部均设置有密封槽;所述密封槽内设置有密封条;所述密封圈内设置有弹性骨架;所述保持架上均匀设置有多个双排窗孔,所述滚针设置于窗孔内。外圈上设置双密封槽,与密封圈过盈配合,提高密封性能;在密封圈内增设弹性骨架,提高密封圈的刚性,使得密封圈整体具有良好的弹性形变功能,避免密封圈产生塑性形变,提高轴承密封的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,特别涉及一种双密封双列滚针轴承。
背景技术
新能源汽车空压机上用到一种滚针轴承,要求密封性好不漏脂,安装后不更换,同时使用载荷大,转速高,但受径向尺寸有限制不能通过加大外径尺寸来提高载荷,因此需要开发出适合空压机工况的密封滚针轴承。在径向空间限制下可考虑宽度方向加大尺寸,增加滚针长度实现载荷提高。当滚针细长不利于高速回转的情况下,设置为双列滚针结构,从而达到提高载荷满足使用要求。现有的双列滚针轴承密封圈在长期高压和高载荷的使用过程中容易出现塑性形变,使得轴承密封性下降。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种双密封双列滚针轴承,密封圈上设置弹性骨架,提高密封圈的刚性,解决密封圈装配过程中可能存在的变形导致密封性能下降,提高密封的可靠性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双密封双列滚针轴承,包括外圈、保持架和滚针;所述保持架设置于外圈滚道内;所述滚针设置于外圈和保持架之间;所述外圈两端部均设置有密封槽;所述密封槽内设置有密封条;所述密封圈内设置有弹性骨架。
进一步的是:所述保持架上均匀设置有多个双排窗孔,所述滚针设置于窗孔内。
本发明的有益效果为:外圈上设置双密封槽,与密封圈过盈配合,提高密封性能;在密封圈内增设弹性骨架,提高密封圈的刚性,使得密封圈整体具有良好的弹性形变功能,避免密封圈产生塑性形变,提高轴承密封的可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
一种双密封双列滚针轴承,包括外圈100、保持架300和滚针400;所述保持架300设置于外圈100滚道内;所述滚针400设置于外圈100和保持架300之间;所述外圈100两端部均设置有密封槽;所述密封槽内设置有密封条200;所述密封圈200内设置有弹性骨架210;所述保持架300上均匀设置有多个双排窗孔,所述滚针400设置于窗孔内。
密封圈200上设置的弹性骨架210可提高密封圈的刚性,解决密封圈装配过程中可能存在的变形导致密封性能下降,同时防止密封圈200在高压、高载荷情况下发生塑性形变影响密封性能;本实例中选用冷轧碳钢薄板材料作为弹性骨架210,具有良好的弹性和抗拉强度。

1.一种双密封双列滚针轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(100)、保持架(300)和滚针(400);所述保持架(300)设置于外圈(100)滚道内;所述滚针(400)设置于外圈(100)和保持架(300)之间;所述外圈(100)两端部均设置有密封槽;所述密封槽内设置有密封条(200);所述密封圈(200)内设置有弹性骨架(210)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双密封双列滚针轴承,其特征在于:所述保持架(300)上均匀设置有多个双排窗孔,所述滚针(400)设置于窗孔内。
