Abstract
本发明公开了一种除草组合物及其应用。所述除草组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B。其中,所述活性成分A为嗪草酮,所述活性成分B为吡草醚。所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为(1~50):(1~25)。所述除草组合物可用于防除大豆、玉米、小麦、移栽水稻或甘蔗地里的阔叶杂草。通过活性成分的互补作用,提高阔叶杂草的防除效率,扩大杀草谱,减少用药剂量,并减轻高温药害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除草组合物,特别涉及一种活性成分包括嗪草酮和吡草醚的除草组合物,及其在防除杂草中的应用。
背景技术
嗪草酮(metribuzin,4-氨基-6-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-3-甲硫基-1,2,4-三嗪-5-四氢酮),分子式为:C8H14N4OS;分子量:214.29;结构式为:
嗪草酮为原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂,是内吸选择性除草剂,主要通过根吸收,防除大豆、马铃薯、甘蔗等作物田的一年生阔叶杂草和部分禾本科杂草有良好防除效果。但药效受土壤有机质含量、湿度、温度等因素影响较大,使用不当,会出现无效或产生药害的现象。
吡草醚(Pyraflufen-ethyl,2-氯-5-(4-氯-5-二氟甲氧基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-3-基)-4-氟苯氧基乙酸乙酯),分子式为:C15H13Cl2F3N2O4,分子量:413.2;结构式为:
吡草醚为原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂,是一种触杀型除草剂,主要用于麦田防除各种阔叶杂草,对禾谷类作物选择性高。
但是,嗪草酮或吡草醚单独使用时杀草谱有限,长期使用会容易导致抗药性,用量变大,防效变低,尤其是嗪草酮单剂使用受环境条件影响较大,特别是高温使用时容易产生药害。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种除草组合物,通过嗪草酮和吡草醚组合作为活性成分,在保证阔叶杂草的防治效率的同时,减轻甚至消除高温下施药产生的药害。
根据本发明的一个方面提供一种除草组合物,包括活性成分A和活性成分B,其中,所述活性成分A为嗪草酮,所述活性成分B为吡草醚,且所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为(1~50):(1~25)。
基于所述除草组合物的总重量,活性成分的重量百分比总和为3~75%。
所述除草组合物的剂型选自可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、水乳剂和微乳剂。
根据一个具体实施方式,所述除草组合物的有效用量为35~350g(a.i.)/hm2。
根据另一个具体实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%。
根据一个具体实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%,增稠剂1~6%,溶剂10~60%。
根据另一个具体实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%,崩解剂1~8%,填料4~55%。
根据需要,上述除草组合物还可添加其它除草剂,前提是该其它除草剂与嗪草酮和吡草醚不产生拮抗作用。该其它除草剂例如可选自灭草松、胺唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯、氯氟吡啶酯、三唑磺草酮、苯唑氟草酮、麦草畏、2甲4氯、2,4-D、扑草净、莠灭净、砜嘧磺隆、氟吡磺隆、三氟羧草醚、喹禾灵、氟吡甲禾灵、炔草酯中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明还提供了所述除草组合物用于防除杂草的应用。
在嗪草酮和吡草醚的特定比例组合下,本发明的除草组合物利用该活性成分复配,通过它们杀草谱的互补,从而在保证对一年生阔叶杂草的防除效率的同时,还减轻甚至消除了除草组合物在高温下施药时的药害。
因此,在本发明的除草组合物中嗪草酮和吡草醚配合尤其适用于防除小麦田中的一年生阔叶杂草,例如藜、大巢菜、刺儿菜、小花糖芥、繁缕、荠菜、播娘蒿、婆婆纳等。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的除草组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,其中活性成分A为嗪草酮,活性成分B为吡草醚。其中,活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比可为(1~50):(1~25),优选(10~40):(1~15),更优选(15~25):(1~10)。
基于上述除草组合物的总重量,活性成分的重量百分比总和为3~75%,优选15~60%,更优选20~55%,进一步优选25~45%,例如35%。
上述除草组合物的有效用量为35~350g(a.i.)/ha,优选50~300g(a.i.)/ha,75~270g(a.i.)/ha,更优选95~150g(a.i.)/ha,例如110g(a.i.)/ha。
具体地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物可包括:嗪草酮3~50%(优选5~40%,更优选10~35%,例如20%),吡草醚1~25%(优选2~15%,更优选2~8%),表面活性物质3~35%(优选10~30%,更优选15~25%,例如20%)。
优选地,上述表面活性物质可以是阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂中的一种或多种,例如可为环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、烷基聚乙二醇醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、苯酚磺酸盐、苯酚萘磺酸盐、牛磺酸烷基酯、烷基磺酸盐、烷基芳基磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚、乙氧基化异辛基酚、聚羧酸盐、蛋白质、多糖等中的一种或多种。
优选重量比为8:3~1:12(例如5:1~1:7,优选3:1,或1:5)的阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂的组合,或阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的组合。
优选地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%。
可选地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%,增稠剂1~6%,溶剂10~60%。
可选地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物包括:所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%,崩解剂1~8%,填料4~55%。
上述崩解剂例如可为膨润土、硫酸铵、氯化铝中的一种或多种。
上述填料例如可为硅藻土、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑中的一种或多种。
上述增稠剂可选自羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
优选地,上述溶剂可选自水、乙醇、甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、甲苯、二甲苯、油性基质。
上述油性基质可选自油酸甲酯、植物油。
进一步地,上述除草组合物还可包括乳化剂、防冻剂、分散剂、粘结剂、稳定剂、安全剂、增效剂中的一种或多种辅助剂。
所述除草组合物的剂型选自可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、水乳剂和微乳剂。
根据本发明的除草组合物通过嗪草酮和吡草醚的复配,可用于小麦、水稻、甘蔗、大豆、花生、玉米作物田的阔叶杂草的防除,在保证对阔叶杂草具有良好的防除效果的同时,能减轻或消除除草组合物在高温下的药害。
以下将列举具体实施例以代表性说明本发明的实施方案。
本发明组合物包括嗪草酮为活性成分(A),吡草醚为活性成分(B)的复配试剂,对阔叶杂草的防除具有明显的协同增效作用。
(一)室内毒力测定试验
测定方法:
将催好芽的繁缕、刺儿菜的干种子均匀点播于装有营养土的黑色塑料营养杯(直径20cm)内,每杯30粒,覆土,浸水使土壤完全湿润,置于温室中培养。待杂草长至4~6叶龄时,定株10株/杯,备用。
药剂先采用丙酮完全溶解,配置成母液,根据试验设计剂量要求逐级稀释到所需要的浓度。
茎叶喷雾处理。使用生测喷雾塔进行茎叶喷雾法处理用药,兑水量100ml/m2,雾滴直径100μm,喷头流量90mL·min-1,并设清水对照。
用Gowing法评价2种除草剂的联合作用类型,混用除草剂的实际防效的计算公式如下:
式中:X为用量为P时除草剂A的杂草防效;
Y为用量为Q时除草剂B的杂草防效;
E0为用量为(P+Q)时除草剂(A+B)的理论杂草防效;
E为用量为(P+Q)时除草剂(A+B)的实际杂草防效;
E-E0>10%为增效作用;E-E0<-10%为拮抗作用;E-E0值介于±10%之间为加成作用。
测量地上部分鲜重,分别统计鲜重防效:

由以上表1和表2的数据可看出,嗪草酮和吡草醚复配后对繁缕和刺儿菜的鲜重防效大于各个单剂的鲜重防效,且在一系列配比下的-10%<E-E0<10%,由此嗪草酮和吡草醚复配后具有相加作用。
(二)田间除草药效试验
实施例
实施例1 15%(嗪草酮12%+吡草醚3%)微乳剂
将嗪草酮12%和吡草醚3%加入到二甲苯5%中,搅拌至溶解,然后加入环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物24%和十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%,搅拌均匀,再添加水48%,在均化器中乳化分散均匀,得到微乳剂。
实施例2 30%(嗪草酮25%+吡草醚5%)水乳剂
将十二烷基聚乙二醇醚30%和十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%加入到去离子水10%中混合得到均匀水相。然后向该水相中加入嗪草酮25%和吡草醚5%,搅拌均匀,再加入羟乙基纤维素1%和去离子水24%,在均化器中乳化分散均匀,得到水乳剂。
实施例3 60%(嗪草酮30%+吡草醚30%)油悬浮剂
将苯酚萘磺酸钠6%、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚16%、聚乙烯醇3%高速剪切搅拌均匀,再加入嗪草酮30%和吡草醚30%,以及二甲苯15%,球磨至微粒直径约3微米,制得60%嗪草酮-吡草醚油悬浮剂。
实施例4 45%(嗪草酮35%+吡草醚10%)可湿性粉剂
将嗪草酮35%、吡草醚10%、苯酚萘磺酸钠16%、牛磺酸十二烷基酯6%,以及高岭土余量搅拌混匀,通过气流粉碎机进行超微粉碎,制得45%嗪草酮-吡草醚可湿性粉剂。
实施例5 35%(嗪草酮15%+吡草醚20%)可溶性粒剂
将嗪草酮15%、吡草醚20%、乙氧基化异辛基酚4%、木质素磺酸钠20%、膨润土3%,以及高岭土余量搅拌混匀,通过气流粉碎机进行超微粉碎,加入6%水进料至捏合机捏合30分钟后,再进料至挤压造粒机挤压造粒,于90℃下烘干15分钟,制得35%嗪草酮-吡草醚可溶性粒剂。
对比例1 15%嗪草酮微乳剂
以与实施例1相同的方法制备微乳剂,不同在于活性成分不包含吡草醚,仅为15%嗪草酮。
对比例2 15%吡草醚微乳剂
以与实施例1相同的方法制备微乳剂,不同在于活性成分不包含嗪草酮,仅为15%吡草醚。
对比例3 15%(嗪草酮12%+麦草畏3%)微乳剂
以与实施例1相同的方法制备微乳剂,不同在于活性成分吡草醚被替换为麦草畏。
田间试验方法:按照试验区的面积,准确称量根据上述实施例和对比例的各种药剂,以预定的有效用量以适合喷雾的形式进行稀释,均匀喷雾。选用在杂草3~6叶期喷药。喷头选用除草专用的扇形喷头,选择晴天无风的下午进行喷雾:(1)大豆田,生物质含量7%,施药时温度20℃;(2)大豆田,土壤生物质含量7%,施药时温度35℃。喷雾时将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到不重喷、漏喷。
试验结束后,分别在药后28天观察杂草死亡情况和大豆苗长势,并分别从每个试验区随机取1平米进行杂草死亡率调查,分别计算出防效。
表3田间药效试验
如表3所示试验结果表明了,本发明将嗪草酮与吡草醚复配后,药后28天的防效与嗪草酮单剂、吡草醚单剂相比,对繁缕和刺儿菜等阔叶杂草的防除效果均有一定程度的提高,同时实现了在35℃下的高温药害的消除。

1.一种除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,其中,所述活性成分A为嗪草酮,所述活性成分B为吡草醚,所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为(1~50):(1~25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,活性成分的重量百分比总和为3~75%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草组合物,其中,所述除草组合物的有效用量为35~350g(a.i.)/ha。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%,增稠剂1~6%,溶剂10~60%。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:嗪草酮3~50%,吡草醚1~25%,表面活性物质3~35%,崩解剂1~8%,填料4~55%。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草组合物,其中,所述除草组合物的剂型选自可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、水乳剂和微乳剂。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的除草组合物用于防除杂草的应用。
