Abstract
The invention discloses a weeding composition and application thereof. The weeding composition comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B. The active ingredient A is metribuzin, and the active ingredient B is pyraflufen-ethyl. The weight ratio of the active component A to the active component B is (1-50) to (1-25). The weeding composition can be used for preventing and killing broadleaf weeds in soybean, corn, wheat, transplanted rice or sugarcane fields. The weeding efficiency of the broadleaf weeds is improved, the weed control spectrum is expanded, the dosage of the herbicide is reduced, and the high-temperature phytotoxicity is reduced through the complementary action of the active ingredients.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition, in particular to a weeding composition with active ingredients comprising metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl, and application thereof in weed control.
Background
Metribuzin (4-amino-6- (1, 1-dimethylethyl) -3-methylsulfanyl-1, 2, 4-triazin-5-one) having the formula: c8H14N4An OS; molecular weight: 214.29, respectively; the structural formula is as follows:
metribuzin is a protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor, is a systemic selective herbicide, is mainly absorbed by roots, and has good control effect on annual broadleaf weeds and part of gramineous weeds in crop fields such as soybean, potato, sugarcane and the like. However, the pesticide effect is greatly influenced by factors such as soil organic matter content, humidity, temperature and the like, and the phenomenon of ineffectiveness or pesticide damage can occur due to improper use.
Pyraflufen-ethyl (Pyraflufen-ethyl, 2-chloro-5- (4-chloro-5-difluoromethoxy-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl) -4-fluorophenoxyacetic acid ethyl ester) with a molecular formula as follows: c15H13Cl2F3N2O4Molecular weight: 413.2; the structural formula is as follows:
pyraflufen-ethyl is a protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor, is a contact herbicide, is mainly used for preventing and removing various broad-leaved weeds in wheat fields, and has high selectivity on cereal crops.
However, when the metribuzin or pyraflufen-ethyl is used alone, the weed control spectrum is limited, the drug resistance is easily caused after long-term use, the using amount is increased, the control effect is low, especially, the single metribuzin preparation is greatly influenced by environmental conditions, and particularly, the phytotoxicity is easily generated when the single metribuzin preparation is used at high temperature.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main object of the present invention is to provide a herbicidal composition, which comprises metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl as active ingredients, and can reduce or even eliminate the phytotoxicity caused by high temperature application while ensuring the control efficiency of broadleaf weeds.
According to one aspect of the invention, the weeding composition comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B, wherein the active ingredient A is metribuzin, the active ingredient B is pyraflufen-ethyl, and the weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is (1-50): 1-25.
The total weight percentage of the active ingredients is 3-75% based on the total weight of the weeding composition.
The dosage form of the weeding composition is selected from dispersible oil suspending agent, water suspending agent, wettable powder, granules, aqueous emulsion and microemulsion.
According to a specific embodiment, the effective dosage of the weeding composition is 35-350 g (a.i.)/hm2。
According to another embodiment, the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl and 3-35% of surface active substances.
According to a specific embodiment, the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 3-35% of surface active substances, 1-6% of thickening agents and 10-60% of solvents.
According to another embodiment, the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 3-35% of surface active substances, 1-8% of disintegrating agent and 4-55% of filler.
If necessary, the herbicide composition may further comprise other herbicide, provided that the other herbicide does not have an antagonistic effect on metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl. The other herbicide may for example be selected from one or more of bentazone, amicarbazone, halauxifen, fluroxypyr, benzoxaflutole, dicamba, 2-methyl-4-chloro, 2,4-D, prometryn, ametryn, rimsulfuron, fluazisulfuron, acifluorfen, quizalofop, haloxyfop, clodinafop-propargyl.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention also provides use of the herbicidal composition for controlling weeds.
Under the specific proportion combination of metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl, the weeding composition disclosed by the invention is compounded by utilizing the active ingredients, and through the complementation of herbicide control spectrums, the weeding efficiency of annual broadleaf weeds is ensured, and meanwhile, the phytotoxicity of the weeding composition when the weeding composition is applied at high temperature is reduced or even eliminated.
Accordingly, the combination of metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl in the herbicidal composition of the present invention is particularly suitable for controlling annual broadleaf weeds such as quinoa, atriplex hortensis, prodenia spinosa, chickweed, shepherd's purse, descurainia sophia, veronica etc. in wheat fields.
Detailed Description
The weeding composition comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B, wherein the active ingredient A is metribuzin, and the active ingredient B is pyraflufen-ethyl. Wherein the weight ratio of the active component A to the active component B can be (1-50): 1-25), preferably (10-40): 1-15), more preferably (15-25): 1-10.
The total weight percentage of the active ingredients is 3 to 75%, preferably 15 to 60%, more preferably 20 to 55%, further preferably 25 to 45%, for example 35%, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition.
The above herbicidal composition is used in an effective amount of 35 to 350g (a.i.)/ha, preferably 50 to 300g (a.i.)/ha, 75 to 270g (a.i.)/ha, more preferably 95 to 150g (a.i.)/ha, for example 110g (a.i.)/ha.
Specifically, the above herbicidal composition may comprise, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% (preferably 5-40%, more preferably 10-35%, for example 20%) of metribuzin, 1-25% (preferably 2-15%, more preferably 2-8%) of pyraflufen-ethyl, and 3-35% (preferably 10-30%, more preferably 15-25%, for example 20%) of surface active substances.
Preferably, the surface active substance may be one or more of an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, and may be, for example, one or more of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymer, alkyl polyethylene glycol ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylate, lignosulfonate, phenol sulfonate, phenol naphthalene sulfonate, taurine alkyl ester, alkyl sulfonate, alkylaryl sulfonate, polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether, ethoxylated isooctyl phenol, polycarboxylate, protein, polysaccharide and the like.
Preferably a combination of anionic surfactant and zwitterionic surfactant or a combination of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant in a weight ratio of from 8:3 to 1:12 (e.g. 5:1 to 1:7, preferably 3:1, or 1: 5).
Preferably, the above herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl and 3-35% of surface active substances.
Optionally, the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 3-35% of surface active substances, 1-6% of thickening agents and 10-60% of solvents.
Optionally, the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: the herbicidal composition comprises: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 3-35% of surface active substances, 1-8% of disintegrating agent and 4-55% of filler.
The disintegrant may be one or more of bentonite, ammonium sulfate, and aluminum chloride.
The filler can be one or more of diatomite, kaolin, light calcium carbonate and white carbon black.
The thickener can be one or more selected from hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, and polyvinyl alcohol.
Preferably, the solvent may be selected from water, ethanol, methanol, N-dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, cyclohexanone, N-methylpyrrolidone, toluene, xylene, oily base.
The oily matrix is selected from methyl oleate and vegetable oil.
Furthermore, the weeding composition can also comprise one or more auxiliary agents of an emulsifier, an antifreeze, a dispersant, a binder, a stabilizer, a safener and a synergist.
The dosage form of the weeding composition is selected from dispersible oil suspending agent, water suspending agent, wettable powder, granules, aqueous emulsion and microemulsion.
The weeding composition can be used for preventing and removing broadleaf weeds in crop fields of wheat, rice, sugarcane, soybean, peanut and corn by compounding metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl, and can reduce or eliminate the phytotoxicity of the weeding composition at high temperature while ensuring good prevention and removal effect on the broadleaf weeds.
Specific examples will be listed below to representatively illustrate embodiments of the present invention.
The composition comprises a compound reagent with metribuzin as an active ingredient (A) and pyraflufen-ethyl as an active ingredient (B), and has an obvious synergistic effect on controlling broadleaf weeds.
Indoor toxicity test
The determination method comprises the following steps:
the chickweed and the dried seed of the cephalanoplos segetum are evenly sowed in black plastic nutrition cups (the diameter is 20cm) filled with nutrition soil, 30 granules are planted in each cup, the soil is covered, the soil is soaked in water to be completely wet, and the mixture is placed in a greenhouse for cultivation. And when the weeds grow to 4-6 leaves, determining 10 plants/cup for later use.
The medicament is completely dissolved by acetone to prepare mother liquor, and the mother liquor is gradually diluted to the required concentration according to the requirement of experimental design dosage.

The combined action type of the 2 herbicides is evaluated by a Gowing method, and the actual control effect of the mixed herbicide is calculated according to the following formula:

As can be seen from the data in tables 1 and 2, the fresh weight control effect of the metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl after being compounded on chickweed and prodenia spinosa is greater than that of each single agent, and the fresh weight control effect is-10 percent under a series of mixture ratios<E-E0<10 percent of the composition has additive effect after the metribuzin and the pyraflufen-ethyl are compounded.

Example 115% (metribuzin 12% + pyraflufen-3%) microemulsion
Adding 12% of metribuzin and 3% of pyraflufen-ethyl into 5% of xylene, stirring until the mixture is dissolved, then adding 24% of ethylene oxide-propylene oxide segmented copolymer and 8% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, stirring uniformly, adding 48% of water, emulsifying and dispersing uniformly in a homogenizer to obtain the microemulsion.
Example 230% (metribuzin 25% + pyraflufen 5%) emulsion in water
30 percent of dodecyl polyglycol ether and 5 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are added into 10 percent of deionized water and mixed to obtain a uniform water phase. And then adding 25% of metribuzin and 5% of pyraflufen-ethyl into the water phase, uniformly stirring, adding 1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 24% of deionized water, and emulsifying and dispersing uniformly in a homogenizer to obtain the aqueous emulsion.
Example 360% (metribuzin 30% + pyraflufen-30%) oil suspension
Uniformly shearing and stirring 6% of sodium phenolnaphthalenesulfonate, 16% of polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether and 3% of polyvinyl alcohol at a high speed, adding 30% of metribuzin, 30% of pyraflufen-ethyl and 15% of dimethylbenzene, and performing ball milling until the diameter of particles is about 3 microns to prepare the 60% metribuzin-pyraflufen-ethyl oil suspending agent.
Example 445% (metribuzin 35% + pyraflufen-10%) wettable powder
Uniformly stirring 35% of metribuzin, 10% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 16% of sodium phenolnaphthalenesulfonate, 6% of taurine dodecyl ester and the balance of kaolin, and carrying out superfine grinding by using an airflow grinder to prepare 45% of metribuzin-pyraflufen-ethyl wettable powder.
Example 535% (metribuzin 15% + pyraflufen 20%) soluble granules
Stirring and uniformly mixing 15% of metribuzin, 20% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 4% of ethoxylated isooctyl phenol, 20% of sodium lignosulfonate, 3% of bentonite and the balance of kaolin, carrying out superfine grinding by using a jet mill, adding 6% of water, feeding into a kneading machine, kneading for 30 minutes, feeding into an extrusion granulator, carrying out extrusion granulation, and drying for 15 minutes at 90 ℃ to obtain the 35% metribuzin-pyraflufen-ethyl soluble granule.
Comparative example 115% metribuzin microemulsion
A microemulsion was prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that the active ingredient contained no pyraflufen-ethyl, but 15% metribuzin.
Comparative example 215% pyraflufen-ethyl microemulsion
A microemulsion was prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that the active ingredient contained no metribuzin, and was only 15% pyraflufen-ethyl.
Comparative example 315% (metribuzin 12% + dicamba 3%) microemulsion
A microemulsion was prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that pyraflufen-ethyl, the active ingredient, was replaced with dicamba.
The field test method comprises the following steps: the respective agents according to the above examples and comparative examples were accurately weighed according to the area of the test zone, diluted in a form suitable for spraying in a predetermined effective amount, and uniformly sprayed. Spraying the herbicide in a 3-6 leaf period of weeds. The nozzle is a special fan-shaped nozzle for weeding, and the spraying is carried out in the afternoon without wind in sunny days: (1) in the soybean field, the biomass content is 7 percent, and the temperature is 20 ℃ when the pesticide is applied; (2) in the soybean field, the soil biomass content is 7%, and the application temperature is 35 ℃. When spraying, the liquid medicine is uniformly sprayed into a test cell, so that the repeated spraying and the missing spraying are avoided.
After the test is finished, the weed death condition and the growth vigor of soybean seedlings are observed 28 days after the test, 1 square meter is randomly selected from each test area for weed death rate investigation, and the control effect is calculated respectively.

As shown in the test results shown in Table 3, the control effect of the compound preparation of metribuzin and pyraflufen-ethyl for 28 days after the compound preparation is improved to a certain extent compared with the control effect of a metribuzin single agent and a pyraflufen-ethyl single agent, and the control effect of broad-leaved weeds such as chickweed and cephalanoplos chinensis is improved to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the elimination of high-temperature phytotoxicity at 35 ℃ is realized.
Claims (8)
1. The weeding composition is characterized by comprising an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B, wherein the active ingredient A is metribuzin, the active ingredient B is pyraflufen-ethyl, and the weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is (1-50) to (1-25).
2. A herbicidal composition according to claim 1, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of active ingredients is from 3 to 75%, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition.
3. A herbicidal composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the effective amount of the herbicidal composition is from 35 to 350g (a.i.)/ha.
4. A herbicidal composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl and 3-35% of surface active substances.
5. A herbicidal composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 3-35% of surface active substances, 1-6% of thickening agents and 10-60% of solvents.
6. A herbicidal composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the herbicidal composition comprises, based on the total weight of the herbicidal composition: 3-50% of metribuzin, 1-25% of pyraflufen-ethyl, 3-35% of surface active substances, 1-8% of disintegrating agent and 4-55% of filler.
7. A herbicidal composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the herbicidal composition is in a dosage form selected from the group consisting of dispersible oil-suspendable agent, aqueous suspendable agent, wettable powder, granules, aqueous emulsion and microemulsion.
8. Use of the herbicidal composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for controlling weeds.
